Pros: Kind staff. We were served a very healthy snack which was also delicious. Flight was delayed due to fog in Porto but oh well! No big problema.

Cons: No delays.

Pros: Nice seat (I paid €48 euro for more legroom) and the food was decent and the movie selection good.

Cons: TAP's boarding procedure is a bit of a mess. We had to wait an extended period of time to board and no information was given. Also keep in mind you have to pay extra for luggage, which is a real deal-breaker when traveling for extended periods of time.

Cons: Real time information about departure and gate info for delayed flight would have been helpful

Cons: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Pros: Crew was great and helpful despite oversight in my special meal.

Cons: Special meal request was overlook. I did not mind so much as eating less does some good! It is human to err!

We felt claustrophobic, crushed, and at one point people were even having to jump over the escalator to the bus loading area because there was too much crowding. Dangerous

Cons: The terminal in Lisbon is poor. Poor food choices. Dirty bathrooms. And keep an eye on the change you get back, 2 out of 2 purchases they tried to shortchange me... one was for over 2 euros.

Cons: We had a crying baby onboard for the entire flight. I found it difficult to sleep as a result but understand this was outside the control of the airline. A bit more legroom would have been nice but I booked economy so again that was on me.

Pros: We missed the flight by five minutes do to our connecting flight being late. We had mechanical issues, weather delays and an aborted landing in Miami.

Cons: Tap would not roll us over for the next day. We had executive tickets in business class. They wanted 3000.00 dollars each for the flight.

Cons: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Cons: In old section of Lisbon airport, and inadequate space to conduct orderly and efficient boarding Both deplaning and re boarding done via movable ramps and passage to and from exposed to weather (thankfully not raining).

Cons: The offered an upgrade to bid on. I did and was rewarded one for the 4 of us. It turned out that the seats were exactly like every other seat on the plane in size. They did provide free drinks and a well used towel. When you ask to be paid for an upgrade you should be clear what that really is.

Cons: The boarding in Lisbon was a total disaster: no control of lines, unprepared staff, very confusing and slow. The airplane was very uncomfortable: very small seats, almost no reclining of chairs, very warm inside. Horrible flight!

Cons: Worst accommodations for baggage on a international flight in my opinion.Pay for a bag is the best advice in my opinion this airline barley lets you bring anything with. Disgusting plane it was so dirty I took a shower after this flight and the amount of dust in the air was visible terrible

Cons: The boarding area in Lisbon is very congested and disorganized.

Cons: The early morning fight was delayed, and I appreciated that TAP notified me ahead of time. However, TAP did not communicate that despite the 2 hour delay, we were required to be at the airport checkin as if the flight was never delayed - and agent dismissed us as late. Only begging got us on flight.
