€60 Find Cheap Flights to Salzburg

In my first flight with Air Canada we sat in the plane for 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Finally we were asked to get off the plane and we were told the flight was cancelled after 7:00pm There was o clear explanation of what was the problem. I was booked without my permission on a Delta Flight at 7:30pm that was leaving at 8:00pm and I still had to go get my luggage(my final destination was Rome with one stop in Toronto. The luggage claim for Canada was closed so had to return to finally get it on the luggage belt.. Of course I missed the Delta flight and all the next day flights were booked. I also lost what I paid for my stay in Rome because I did nt cancel in time. A complete nightmare.

Most things went well, but the legroom was lacking. The crew were great.

No food, no entertainment, but that's normal for short-haul flight.

Was terri le experience with gate lufthansa personal at Frakfurt.

1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.

Very good. Comfortable and I felt well taken care of from start to finish

Layover time was not sufficient as the gate was too far, I had to literally run and was out of my breath. This was main drawback. The crew was wonderful and so is their service. I loved interacting with them.

Patrick and the whole crew were amazing! Hope to have this team for all my European trips.

Had a few open seats and could use it for a great rest ful journey

Boarding procedure should have the crew and personnel who are more trained, in a sense of precisely knowing what can be done and what cannot. They do not have the exact information on what you should do in the first place, also the boarding itself was slightly delayed due to the aircraft "not being ready".
