Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

their gluten free lactose meal is the best, I have never been satisfied with my flight meals. I definitely enjoyed my flight and the chair is very spacious for economy. I'm so glad Delta is my flight way back to NY.

The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.

My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Also flight was very cold.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

United airline kept delaying our flight back to Phoenix for 8 hours before they cancelled it! If they know that we are not flying out for whatever the reason is, why did they keep lying to us for hours. We could find another flight earlier or even find a hotel with a shuttle. But cancellation at about midnight was not fun. We stayed in the airport all night till the following morning when we bought an Alaska tickets to go back to Phoenix. Total of 14 hours in the airport.

I got upgraded, so comfort was not an issue. But as always, it is the people from baggage handlers, flight attendants, pilots etc. that make the difference.

Food was really good. Chicken curry delicious. Great service. Had 3 seats, what a pleasure. What about a healthier desert option on the dinner? Yogurt, fruit? Thankyou

The United Airline's staff was very polite and helpful. The contractors that provided wheelchair assistance in Houston were very unorganized and rude. They were causing passengers to almost miss their flights. They were taking passengers to the holding area and forgetting about them. This happened on my return trip to Houston on Nov 13. Their service was very poor. But, my trip with the airlines was excellent.

The flight was clean and on time, the crew were all very nice and we got the seats we booked. Plenty of food and beverages. The seats are too close so it’s very difficult to try and sleep comfortably.

The strangest business class layout, 2-4-2, with alternate rows facing backward.

Plane seemed dated and things like overhead compartments and bathroom cabinets had difficulty keeping closed.

The return trip was a customer service disaster. American Airlines needs an overhaul of how they treat their customers.

It was a horrible snow storm, but updates were inconsistent and the app never displayed a remotely accurate time or gate until very close to boarding.

Flight to Phoenix was delayed 1 hour and was not weather related. Flight Denver was delayed 2.5 hours and again was not weather related as the plane came from San Francisco.

Overall it was good but not great. The aircraft was an old and seats didn’t recline in business class unless you kept playing around with it.

My check in experience was horrible. When checking in online, my husband got a boarding pass, I did not. We were not able to check our bags online. I also did not get TSA pre check which I have.

The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.

Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!

Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊

The trip was fine and uneventful. The seat in business class was very uncomfortable which was disappointing given the extra cost. It was spacious but it felt like I was sitting on metal bars. The food in business class wasn't very good. The flight was ahead of time, the staff was professional and courteous and our luggage arrived safely.

I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

I supposed to have a wheel chair waiting to take me to the luggage carousel. Didn’t happen so I had to walk up the walkway with my cane. I lost my balance and broke my little toe on my right foot, which means that I’m hobbling around with a very painful left leg and a very painful toe on my right foot. It was a nightmare.

All good except for the unusable entertainment system Picture was scattered sound popping screeching damaged my hearing

No free food service for a 6 hour flight! Paying for headset …… couldn’t even get a coffee

This is my second time taking Air Canada‘s non stop flight from Sarasota to Toronto. The flight lands much later than it has in previous years which I don’t like and both times it’s been delayed. I spoke to other passengers and they have had the same experience with this flight almost always being delayed. Also they force passengers from zone 4 and up to check their carry on bag as there isn’t enough over head space on full flights.

Zero leg room, zero body room. I was placed in a CIA stress position for five hours and torture is against the Geneva convention.

We travelled from Toronto Canada to Lax airport USA on December 27th 10.45 pm flight 5 hour plus flight with only 2x small soft drink's No food included with the flight which I believe is classed as an internal flight If you wanted food you had to buy How cheap is this ??? we travel a lot and have never seen this before on any other airline Come on Air Canada, this is what you call cheap

Despite booking our flights 3 months in advance, my spouse and I were given different seat assignments for the 9 hour flight back to the US. At the boarding counter when I asked if we could have assistance changing seats, I was told it was a full flight and I should talk to the crew once boarded. When I asked a crew member for assistance in fixing the issue, I was told that I was welcome to ask around but that they couldn't force anyone to change seats. Everyone around us seemed to be with their traveling companions; ultimately, we got lucky with one row having empty seats, so we moved ourselves once the doors were shut.

I wish I would allow suitcases to be checked in free of charge. I used to be able to bring a carry on and have no issues. Now because of cost, I have been asked on both flights to check in my carry on because everyone travels with carry on only due to cost of having to check in a bag… it is most frustrating!! I mean what’s the point of charging when u r putting every ones carryon in baggage for free upon boarding??!!
