Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.
Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.
Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.
Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.
A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

Liked Seat space in Premium Plus Disliked delay, poor management of boarding groups, missed meal at landing.
The best part was we weren’t too delayed. Seating space in economy is insulting and about as uncomfortable as one could expect before mutiny breaks out. Prep for landing happened well over 45 minutes before wheels down: no final garbage pickup and it interrupted those of us who needed tray tables down for dinner, etc.
The lady who gave me my boarding pass for check in was extremely rude.

The seats seem to be a little cramped, and there really is no entertainment unless you use your own device, which I'm not able to do.
The boarding on this Air Canada flight from Toronto to Barcelona was a complete mess. The ticket was written under United but they were actually Air Canada flights. We went from one end of the Toronto airport to the complete other side.
Just a crappy airline. The same every time. You feel you are a cow on a farm. You are being being whipped and pulled.
Those seats were way too narrow. I had the middle seat, one person was a very skinny person and we still couldn’t avoid touching each other anytime one of us moved. The other person was larger and we were basically sitting in each others lap the entire flight. There was zero entertainment. The flight was long enough to justify tvs, but no. Gotta sit there in your infant seat and twiddle your thumbs.

Didn't like the 6 hour delay as it caused me to miss all of my connections. Still, I did get home safely 14 hours late but exhausted.
Despite a bumpy flight the pilot was great. The rest of the crew on the other hand couldn’t care less if a passenger would colapse and die. Horrible service, robot like, lifeless…
For an over three hour long flight one pack of cookies was not enough.

The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
Flight was delayed 4 hours for no reason given. We were not updated. We were not given any food or drink. We were not offered any compensation.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.
Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!
Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊

We had a good flight, service was good and lots of leg room. Service was good and the staff were friendly.
It was upsetting that the flights were canceled but that was due to weather. I did not receive any vouchers for food or a hotel stay when I was forced to spend the night in Montreal. I was also upset when my seat was changed many times.. The plane seemed old with a non-functioning screen and loose side pockets.. All in all in need of updating. On the positive side, the staff in areas was friendly and helpful.
I didn't understand what "limited wifi" mean. Everything is money money money. I didn't have any other choice other than Air Canada since I couldn't find any other direct flight.

It was a full flight and it went smoothly. I sleep most of the flight and I did not buy any food. Landing was perfect and the luggage came out in a reasonable time.
There is no reason for a 5 hour flight, the only option is purchased food and free drinks. The airline should at least offer free chips, peanut, etc and then the option to purchase additional food
Flight delayed by 3 hours because of lack of available plane. So why were we notified on the morning of our departure? Is your scheduling that bad? We, in zone 4, were told to check in our 2 carry-ons because of lack of storage space in the plane. When we boarded the luggage spaces directly above us were empty and so were others. In fact there were many empty seats. If each passenger is allowed one carry-on why is that right revoked at the last minute at air Canada's whim? The AC app doesn't work. It refused to show our boarding passes, and track our luggage. In fact it indicated that the flight was on time even though it was delayed by over 3 1/2 hours
It is admissible that we have to pay over price to eat on a 5h flight...
First time flying long haul on AC. No pajamas but the service was top notch and the seat/bed was very comfy. Would recommend and was much nicer than my last flight on Qantas.
