Pros: Nothing much to write home about, but I didn't worry about anything in particular during my 4hr flight from Edmonton to Toronto.

Cons: The crew were not too courteous, but I've come to expect a little bit of cheery happiness from them after flying porter. Not sure I'd complain about this, though. The food was the highlight. The only vegetarian option was mac-n-cheese, and it was horrid. I didn't even try finishing it.

Cons: The flight and crew were very good. An hour late taking off with not explanation. Frustrating on an hour flight.

Cons: More leg room in economy class seating. Very little recline of seats. It is torture flying on a Boeing 777 for 8 hours in economy.

Cons: We were sitting in our assigned seats and the flight attendants and gate staff entered the plane were trying to say we were in the wrong seats. Then my special meal was not provided so I ate nothing during flight.

Cons: It's United, my low expectations were dashed

Cons: Five hour delay IAD to SFO, no entertainment working, no food provided... A really poor experience.

Pros: The staff was impeccable. Boarding was great. My seat was not comfortable, but what can we say?

Cons: Really tired of delays. Got to the airport, notified of a 90 minute delay. Then got delayed again after we were supposed to board... Like I didn't know it was delayed again. Then got delayed 1 last time before leaving. Delays happen, I get it, just be slightly more accurate and upfront

Pros: The flight attendants were fabulous on this flight.

Cons: Older plane that showed lots of grime from past travelers. The seats in my row had old spills that seemed to have run down the backs of the seats and dried over. Gross!

Cons: Small seats 4 abreast--too close for any comfort for transatlantic flight. Would not fly this particular airplane again if possible.

Cons: Air Canada changed our seating on day of travel. I had ordered tickets over a month in advance and scheduled seating for my wife and I on our 3 leg flight. Air Canada changed our seating on the 1st and 3rd leg and we were no longer sitting together.

Cons: Should enforce limits on carry on items which causes boarding delays and inconveniences. Some people with large personal items and backpacks and carry on take multiple storage spaces in overhead bins.

Pros: Nothing. I flu form FLL to Yul and back. I have 3 hours delay each time. At the beginning they announce 1 hour and after that nothing. No explanation why.

Cons: Continued. In my way back my seat was on the back of the plain. As soon I take my seat an urine smell hit my nose. All passengers around me complain about same issue.
