Very comfortable flight. Great service, food options, and entertainment options. With Wi-Fi!
On time departure and arrival at LAX - good inflight entertainment - all basic seats on every airline right now begin to feel small after 10 hours!!
I was pleasantly surprised. I've never flown this airline and the seats were comfy, I couldn't select my seat but luckily got aisle and was able to comfortably sleep the whole trip except when they came around with an in flight free meal, drinks then snack at the end. I'd fly with Aer Lingus again. The only annoying thing is you had to pay for WiFi for different hours of usage but luckily I didn't need it
The embarkation at Dublin was a kin to a Ryanair approach, in other words a circuitous and cheep access
Most narrow seat of my life. Easyjet has larger seats. And as I just wrote in the last comment section - Seat 1A promises luxury after a great businessflight. Instead, it's narrow, the seatbelt is 20cm shorter than the one in 1B, it's just a joke.
No snacks, drinks or coffee. No entertainment, not comfortable seats
This was a great flight. I love the way they had general boarding board from the back first by seat row and in general the flight was very comfortable. The seats were actually comfy, and the food served was surprisingly good.
A seat was broken There was a delay of 45min A checked bag was missing in Boston
The service was some of the worst I have experienced on an international flight. The service was rude, the quality of the food was very low. The speed of service was insanely quick. You couldn’t finish your pretzels before the meal came before the coffee came before trash collection came. Then they never came back for 5 hours. They rushed everything so they could get it over with.
We couldn't talk to aer lingus we had issues with the flight change and aer lingus made us talk to kayak
flight delay was announced after passengers were staged to board the flight. Communication regarding subsequent gate changes was poor.
Although our departure (DUB) was slightly delayed we reached our destination (LBA) ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive too (around €100 return). Plus, the departure times for both legs were very good: 13:05 and 15:10, respectively. I gave a neutral rating for Food and Entertainment because I didn't avail of either.
They lost a bag and now our vacation is ruined

How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
Flight was delayed which happens but walking 15 mins to one gate to be then told it’s now changed to one 15 mins back then other way was frustrating
The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.
While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.
Flight was delayed due to weather so not much Ryanair could do about that - otherwise it was very efficient and smooth
