Crew was more interested on looking at their phones than welcoming passengers during boarding.
The flight was nearly empty so we were welcomed to spread out and relax. There was some turbulence but nothing too scary. The crew was lovely!! They engaged in conversation and were very friendly! The food is terrible!!! Horrible wooden utensils, they barely pierce the food or cut anything. I sat in basic economy and was very comfortable. Customer service at the desk was polite and helpful.
The boarding process was a disaster. No one respects the boarding groups—tired old aeroplane. There are no sockets to charge phones. The cushion seats are ancient and hurts back and gluts
It was ok but not at a business class standard No entertainment system available which is poor for a 3+ hour journey Food was ok and service was good though
Late boarding with inconsistent excuses. Bulk head seats were very small and uncomfortable. 1 tiny candy bar and a water were only food provisions. Food for purchase was unavailable.
Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time
Overall, very good. It should be noted however there was a 1.5 hour delayed departure time for BA175.
You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.
The food was horrible. Everyone had gas right after eating that resulted in lines at the bathroom. There were also screaming kids everywhere (probably at least 6 in economy). It did not result in comfort. There should be dedicated play areas to help keep them entertained. We felt bad for the parents.
