Pros: "the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue."

Pros: "Our Turkish Airlines flight was late boarding and passengers were upset about not being able to make their connecting flights. The crew handled it well, but anxiety was high. The food is always good and one of the reason I fly Turkish Airlines on a regular basis."
Cons: "Passport Control at Ataturk International was a nightmare with hundreds of people ahead of us in the queue. No Police to secure the area, so people rushed the line pushing us aside and jumped the queue, this happened repeatedly. I would advise people NOT to fly into this airport and expect to make your connecting flight, because it doesn't play out well at all. We were in line for 2 hours and witnessed people pushing, shoving, yelling at strangers and generally acting like animals. I found the whole experience highly disturbing."
Pros: "The few and very rarely seen employees are not even willing to listen to our questions let alone help us, Ican for sure say in 1 out of 10 wotkers there was only one that was willing to help And did let the one that helped us know I and my co travelers apriciated her or him to me there was one girl who offered me help after I cried because I thougth I would miss my flight to houston. I told her tgank you a 1000 times."
Cons: "Every thing Lack of help Lack of infirmation Lack of annoucement of next step Lack of a simple WIFI so I could let someone know what is happening to me There was no airport free wifi This turkish airline have now lost me as a customer unless I am traveling to somaliya where no other airline goes Bye bye Turkish air I am deeply disappointed at the lebel of the airport serveses For that reason I am done dealing with it and I will let this known to my friends and Family so they also stop doing bussniss with this airline It it my new mission now to stop anyone flying turkish air because of customer serves ... I just glad my horrifying experiance is over and I am home now Thanks for askiking me how was my flight"

Cons: "I have had flight from New York to Tel Aviv with connection through Istanbul. The flight from JFK got delayed and for unknown reason when arriving to the gate in Istanbul my seat was given to other passengers - though I came to the gate before the boarding was closed. I have never in my life received such a poor service. I was lied/misled/attacked by Turkish airline employees in the gate and in the transfer desk. I would never recommend taking Turkish airlines to anyone"

Cons: "Long boarding time from Amsterdam to Istanbul. No explanation of delay and THY wants you to wait miserably on gate. On Schipol airport there is screens everywhere and they do not bother to update the status of boarding. Instead, they behave like everything is normal you are the person making the problem."

Pros: "I like the Airline and I think the food is good, the problem sometimes is when you travel a lot you get the same food :) The crew are always great! I do a lot of connections in Istanbul and we never missed one in about two years flying there at least 4 times a month."
Cons: "During boarding they do not always board the Gold members first and in some cases when they do it is only to go on the bus before the others. I would like the Gold members to go first with either a bus of their own to at least with part of the bus reserved and we are allowed first on the plane."

Cons: "1. There was a delay on the flight from Barcelona to SAW (Turkey) of 2.5 hours. Turkish Airline didn't update us at any time what and why is the delay problem . Due to this, we missed the connetcion flight to Tel Aviv.They took us to another air port(Attaturk) in Istanbul (1.5 hour driving) . They gave us only food vaucher and no compensation for the overall delay(7 hours!!!) 2.Icoud not order a Cosher foo at all TK flights web sitr. WHY ??? 3.the Entertainment is very poor. only one movie and no subtitlse .Music is wired."

Cons: "I couldn't understand the entertainment computer. I experienced a much more friendly one at different airlines, and they had a rich variety of content and games. Please also make sure that all staff is fluent with English - few of them seem either not to be communicative, or not confident to speak."
