Flight was ok until there was a sudden juddering in the plane and a severe sudden loss of height. There were a lot of distressed passengers and not a single word was said by the pilot or crew.

The airline gets you from one place to another in a reasonable time. Not much more you can expect.

Cabin crew couldn’t be less interested. Cabin manager was the most arrogant and the rudest I’ve encountered in many years.

The punctuality of f the flight was super: we left on time and arrived about 20 minutes early - and the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. The only downside was that Ryanair appears to have resumes its old obsession with sizing cabin bags again after a long and welcome absence.

I liked nothing. An extremely uncomfortable flight, staff were rude, no ice for my drink. 4 hours of misery

The check-in process is very confusing. The company charges for everything, but tickets are low priced. I probably wouldn't take the airline for a flight over 3 hours. The seats are uncomfortable. There's no net on the seats to hold things like headphones, a folder or anything.

Flight delayed. Sat for more than 30 min with no air conditioning on a very hot day.

Late again rude staff at gate bullying passengers made us stand in the cold 3degrees for 40 mins before they let us board

Boarding was chaotic, the gate changed 4 times and we took off 1 hour late

Bag check in was terrible. Arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes ahead of required time and then waited 50 minutes in line to check ONE bag. There were 4 employees standing around as only two were checking bags and there were 6 gates available to check bags. Process is terrible. Lack of customer concern and service.
