€496 Find Cheap Flights to Florianopolis – Compare and Save

Seats had no charging ports. Our plane was rerouted to Boston and we were landed on the tarmac with no food or water for 3 hours (illegal). We then waited in the airport for 3 hours while staff had no information regarding where our bags were or when we were going to get them.

Better leg room than expected in economy. Nice crew. Adequate bathrooms. Seat cushions a little thin, but recline well and have adjustable headrests. Best value. Liked having nonstop from ORD to Lisbon.

On the seat map for this flight with TAP was shown a business class configuration of 2 rows/8 seats. To my surprise, 4 rows/24 seats being the middle is kept empty, old European type. I chose seat 2F, the the leg room economy dimension. This is not what I paid for. Disappointed!

The flight was delayed without any type of notice. After passing through the gate, people were lined up at the passages boarding bridge standing for about half hour with no clue when they can board after ‘boarding’. No explanation or indication of the new departure time. All you can do is standing up and waiting.

Our flight from NY was on time. The leg room was torture.. for a long flight.. It was extremely uncomfortable.

An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.

Disastrous boarding. Entered air bridge only to descend stairs and enter a bus. Plane had insufficient storage, was old and chair recline was damaged. Air stewardess was sullen.

Very little space between chairs, making any long travel very uncomfortable. Food is also very basic.

Cobrar por escolher assento em voos longos é desumano e um tanto quanto covarde, pois já vamos passar horas sentados. O banheiro não tinha papel e estava bem sujo. O avião era um modelo novo emlderno. O entretenimento muito bom com filmes modernos e a refeição estava muito boa. Vôo atrasou demais.

In Business Class, it would have been nice to be offered a beverage upon boarding. Food was very mediocre. Staff was friendly and courteous, but never seemed to go above and beyond.
