Check in was super slow. And my bag did not make it to the final destination. Hopefully it will be delivered -otherwise there is no way in hell I will ever fly this airline again.

TAP canceled connection and we had to wait 15 hours for another flight to Milan. There were plenty of. Seats on earlier but because we were Excellence Class the would not let us downgrade which we were willing to. Don’t understand their logic? Plenty of seats but we couldn’t / they wouldn’t make the change.

Seats had no charging ports. Our plane was rerouted to Boston and we were landed on the tarmac with no food or water for 3 hours (illegal). We then waited in the airport for 3 hours while staff had no information regarding where our bags were or when we were going to get them.

Better leg room than expected in economy. Nice crew. Adequate bathrooms. Seat cushions a little thin, but recline well and have adjustable headrests. Best value. Liked having nonstop from ORD to Lisbon.

The flight was delayed without any type of notice. After passing through the gate, people were lined up at the passages boarding bridge standing for about half hour with no clue when they can board after ‘boarding’. No explanation or indication of the new departure time. All you can do is standing up and waiting.

An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.

Very little space between chairs, making any long travel very uncomfortable. Food is also very basic.

Cobrar por escolher assento em voos longos é desumano e um tanto quanto covarde, pois já vamos passar horas sentados. O banheiro não tinha papel e estava bem sujo. O avião era um modelo novo emlderno. O entretenimento muito bom com filmes modernos e a refeição estava muito boa. Vôo atrasou demais.

In Business Class, it would have been nice to be offered a beverage upon boarding. Food was very mediocre. Staff was friendly and courteous, but never seemed to go above and beyond.
