The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.

Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
Flight was ok but lack of communication cost me to literally beg to be put on another flight as connecting flight had departed
Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.
The immigration hall in Amsterdam was understaffed, so passport checking was slower than it should be for a major airport. They need to get the automatic readers up and running for non EU passport holders. Waiting in line after a long flight feels a bit abusive.
I am always amazed with the great service they offer on their regional and international flights
Loved the food. No wheelchair was provided in Sofia even though wheelchair assistance was confirmed by Turkish Airlines
Boarded via bus instead of the air bridge Had to wait 10mins in the bus at the tarmac before we were allow to go up
Staff friendly. Business class but issue with flat bed. Incoming Turkish flight delayed. Made connection due to fast buggy but luggage did not make it. Confusion at Delhi airport
I really enjoyed the food, only bad part on one of my flights my screen was a bit buggy but it wasn't a big deal it was one of their older planes so I understand that happens

THE CONFORT OF THE SEATS AND THE WIDTH & PITCH OF THE SEATS ARE WAY MORE IMP. THAN FOOD THAT TK IS FOCUSING ON... WILL NEVER FLY AGAIN EVEN IF THE PRICE OF BUSINESS CLASS SEAT IS SAME AS ECONOMY CLASS..... JAL/ QATAR/ EMIRATES HAS WAYYYY MORE COMFY SEATS
During mid flight, try to get a flight attendant to help I couldn’t find one Otherwise, everything was perfect

The entertainment center of my seat wasn’t working. I asked the crew many times to restart it and they that will be done by the next crew that take control of the flight in São Paulo. Bad attitude during the whole flight
Absolute worst airline. Charged us $720 to check 4 bags (2 of which were carry-on). Entertainment systems didnt work. And on a 12 hour flight they served 2 meals and never once came around outside of those 2 meals with a beverage or cup of water. Will never fly them again.
The crew was great. There was a big guy sitting next to me who was hanging over my side of the armrest the entire time. Maybe some information about "Be considerate of your neighbors, this is tight space, be kind". The breakfast sandwich was not appealing at all.
No difference between business class and normal same seat everything same, waste of money
Absolutely unacceptable level of service for a Business class: lousy drink and food options, disgusting food (inedible meat, watery rice, etc...), pathetic level of attentiveness from staff, Business class restrooms were not accessible for long periods because blocked of by staff...overall extremely disappointing, will NEVER fly Business on TAP again.
Should really consider a better, smother boarding. Stood in tunnel for 20 plus minutes. Should start from back passengers of plane. Not front.
The plane was small and one felt the turbulence much more. The lines to get through immigration were insanely long.
We upgraded to business class. Nice seat with lots of room but otherwise not impressive.
Delayed departure Madrid to Lisboa and my luggage no arrived
The cabin crew were curt, not with me, but observed with other passengers. They were unduly rude and it was unprovoked and when they realized they were wrong, they made no attempt to apologize for their own confusion.
Poor. Our flight was delayed and they told me I would be fine to make my connection in Lisbon, I missed it. Then they told me my bag would be automatically loaded onto my new flight to rome. It wasn’t. It’s been 4 days and I still don’t have it.
Wonderful just hope the had more direct flights to Boston
