The thing thy call a pizza was atrocious. Do not eat it. The seating is as usual for economy an experiment in cruel and unusual punishment that they aren't allowed to do to prisoners but you get to pay for it.
Didn't make it to this flight as we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours.
The crew was first rate. They allowed me to switch my middle seat to an isle seat and it made my flight home so much more comfortable.
Everything went very smoothly I loved having the earphones and the blanket and the staff was just super friendly
I was advertised a free seat selection for a "Smart" fare through BusinessClass.com. I was never able to select a seat. I thus paid extra for a bill of goods I was never provided. would love to speak with a representative of Kayak
Customer service was excellent! The app was terrible, tried several times to check in without success! But the young lady that checked us in was absolutely terrific and helpful.
Horrible. I had to wait in Dublin for 4 hours for the next connecting flight which took my to London and than i had to wait 3 hours for the flight to Dusseldorf
Was not aware that Aer Lingus was like the cut-rate services in the states, with no food or beverage (other then 3.50 Euro coffee) and no screens for entertainment. Was a great flight, but not much in the way of services.
I didn’t realize Aer Lingus was a “nickel and dime” kind of airline where you had to separately buy all the amenities you wanted. The push to purchase duty-free beauty products was off-putting. And our row had the least amount of leg room I’ve ever dealt with on a flight.
Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊
More legroom for me as a tall person. I shouldn’t have to be discriminated because of my height just like someone’s wheelchair does have to pay extra to be accommodated comfortably.
My flight was delayed and my second flight missed despite a three hour connection in Düsseldorf. My luggage was lost and it took three hours to recover which was actually unfortunately very much barely possible. I needed to rebook a flight that was three times the original cost of the original flight which now I need to go back and recover from the airline. Terrible experience,

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport
Filthy plane, obviously not cleaned properly between flights, food crumbles in seat and carpet
Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
