The boarding time for this flight was ridiculous, longest in all my time flying. There was a problem with the original plane so it was switched at the last minute. Not a good substitution. We were delayed in departing. The bathrooms for economy were not adequate. The crew were pleasant but not present in the economy section, in an ~ 8hr flight only twice did they come through offering water, easy to get very dehydrated. I had to go and ask every hour for more water. The seats were cramped, and I have no idea what they did to the coffee but it was undrinkable. The food, was disgusting, utterly inedible, I am stunned by the lack of care and quality with the inflight service, very disappointing, I had expected better from Aer Lingus.

Excellent cabin crew. They helped a number of passengers with mobility challenges and a mother with a 3 year old and an infant. Better than most other airlines by far. Well done Eduardo!

Internet didn’t work more than 30 seconds at a time. Stared at my seat for most of the flight.

We had a connection flight in Toronto and the checked bags didn’t arrive to the baggage claim area 1.5 hours later- this caused us to miss our flight because of the delay. I called Aer Lingus to see if they could help, but since I booked it through a third party on Kayak, they said they couldn’t help. Are you able to help with this? We needed up getting a hotel and renting a car for the solution.

We traveled with my 90 year old mother and she was well cared for by everyone from the wheelchair attendant to crew. Greatly appreciated!

The delay was very discouraging--- having to wait in the airport during the heat wave after a long flight from the US was a challenge.

No entertained. food and beverages were not complimentary. they lost my checked luggage which made my 10 day vacation unpleasant.

I would face like to have more selections for entertainments overall it was very good. .

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..

It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that

Good flight, but left late and food was only okay!

There was a screaming child behind our seats. This prevented us from getting any sleep during the night.

Waiting too long before getting on the plane. No communication, slow...horrible

I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

Never happened. Lufthansa canceled numerous flights. Had to stand in line at Frankfurt Airport for 6 1/2 hours to rebook. Had to bypass Paris.

That they waited from my late arrival to board priority board. Smooth flight
