We had seats 1 D and 1E which is right to the front as there were no other seats available. It is right up at the galley and toilet. Whole flight was very noisy and busy and we didnt get a good flight or rest the entire flight. Its was a pretty costly Business class fare that felt like Economy class experience.
Not having a delay. Not sure what happened with the service animal biting the crew member.
Our flight from NY was on time. The leg room was torture.. for a long flight.. It was extremely uncomfortable.
An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.
Food was bland..... Boarding priority mess with being bussed to plane. Newark baggage took 45 minutes to hit the belt.
Flight to Lisbon from DC was great. Was surprised to get dinner in middle of night. Hardy breakfast may have been better. No real complaints. Snack in morning was good and real coffee was a real benefit
TAP is a good, decent airline for international journeys. No complaints about the service, the crew, the comfort, or the baggage handling.
The staff were great - very friendly and chatty. I checked in online at 9.30am, when check in had opened at 1.30am, and choices were already very limited, so act fast.
A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.
I liked everything excepct the noise of the engine inside de airplane was a little bite higher.

Seats were very small and of poor quality. Service was good.
This flight went smoothly and the economy plus free upgrade worked very well.

Boarding delayed 1.5 hours. Ended up sick because of all the delays and lines waiting around airport and boarding.
I am deeply disappointed with Lufthansa’s treatment of my elderly parents during their recent flight. They were supposed to receive assistance with wheelchair service, but the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arriving at the airport, my parents were left stranded and confused, with no staff available to guide them. Despite being promised help, they were ignored by the ground staff, who were not only indifferent but also incredibly rude. To make matters worse, some of the employees made racist comments, which is absolutely unacceptable especially for passengers with special needs. We will never fly Lufthansa again and urge others to reconsider if they need assistance. My parents were left to navigate a busy airport on their own, which is both dangerous and stressful for elderly passengers with limited mobility. This level of neglect is inexcusable, especially from an airline that claims to prioritize passenger safety and comfort.
Crew was excellent. Sat us together after the airline changed our seats. This was the smaller plane/shorter flight so no entertainment or food.
Try to be on time and landing more smoothly. Thanks
