€754 Find Cheap Flights to Abidjan – Compare and Save

Air France removed our luggage from the plane before it took off, seemingly intentionally, didn't notify us until after we reported it missing at SFO, and is giving us no updates on when, or whether, they will deliver it.

The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.

The plane was old Only 3 bathrooms available for economy The entertainment was old and the selection was poor

I did not get my baggage at my final destination..poor coordination with connecting flights with partner airlines (Saudi airways). Also the food was very mediocre.

There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane

Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

Slow boarding, late departure and arrival. Very good crew and free messaging over WiFi but outdated electronics and seats

3hr delay and then missed connecting flight with another 6hr wait at the airport before getting a continuation to my trip, worst trip ever in my 50+years of flight travel

No choice of food was given, and I was served leftovers, so they were returned back. the crew is unfriendly and harsh. Need to be trained on communication.

Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business

Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.

Didn’t get my luggage from layover in Zurich until 3 days later even though my luggage was marked priority and short layover, but my husband got his when we landed

Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.

we were late to get to this connecting flight and SWISS decided to wait for us . Very nice of them

SO disappointing. I spent so much money on this ticket, for them to cancel and not be able to rebook me in time. They were very unhelpful, and condescending throughout the whole Swiss airport. Will not be flying again.

They went out of their way. It was very clean and friendly.
