We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

Comfortable trip , flight attendants professional as always. Only complaint was the food, We fly Aer Lingus frequently, this was the first time the quality of the meal was poor.

Everything went well. I made my connection which is always a concern.

I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)

I had an awful experience at the ticketing agent stand. I had purchased three tickets, one of which I had the maiden name of a passenger on the ticket. They refused to help, assist, and actually delayed our process and had us miss an opportunity to purchase a ticket on the same flight. I was sent through multiple phone calls, none of which helped, and the person at the counter was the person who told me to both call Aer Lingus for help and was the person who said they could not fulfill my request that they were privy to from the beginning. My partner is still stuck in Scotland, racking up thousands of dollars in additional fees and tickets. I am very upset and two of my tickets went unused. I will never be using Aer Lingus ever again and I will continue to complain about them.

This was the most expensive economy flight per minute of flight time ever. But the quality was lacking. Extremely Aer Lingus rude staff at LHR said that the flight from London to Dublin (Ireland) was “NOT international.” Horrified at the colonial and imperial perspective. Seats were dirty with trash in seat pockets. Airline doesn’t clean or care about hygiene and safety.

When I booked the flight, I wasn't aware that this was a "no frills" flight. No wifi, no reclining seat, no complimentary soft drinks.

Charging for coffee on a business class fare??? And to not even mention it? Inexcusable. Boarding and disembarking was pathetic. Could not use a jetway on either end. Had to use stairs and walk across tarmac at origination and use stairs and be bussed to terminal at destination.

It was excellent! The plane left Chicago early. Arrived in Dublin early. The crew was excellent! It was a great experience.

The Nice airport was a horrible boarding experience. I have never experienced the kind of compressed mob (in the B12-B17 gate area) of people all unclear what was happening and no airport staff to assist. There was no signage and 1000’s of people waiting for any info for 2 hours.

Horrible seats. They were just coach seats with the middle seat blocked with a dirty seat tray.

very small seats screen did not work . I could not watch anything for 9 hours

Took a long time to board. A long wait at the but taking us to the plain

Flight was cancelled I was rebooked I dont know if I will fly back home onnLH again Its a very sad story!

The seating arrangement by having privacy screens would have been more appealing. If you sit in the business class, you pay for extra comfort and privacy. Other than that, the service was excellent and the staff very professional.

Flights were delayed but very last minute, also seats felt very squished on the second flight. Crew was very friendly and airplane was clean.

The entertainment is pretty boring. There are no new movies or TV shows from February. The food is just ok on the Atlanta to Frankfurt leg, but better on the Fra to Bengaluru leg.

I ended up in Lufthansa to Zagreb because of our delay

I darted through the Frankfurt airport to make my connecting flight. I asked if it was a possibility to upgrade and the agent did. This was the kindest gesture and it made up for the previous delayed flight and distress/anxiety of anticipating that Zi was going to miss my Frankfurt-Chicago connection. I cannot express my gratitude for the upgrade.. I am 5feet 10 inches do the leg space was amazing.

we were able to make it to the connecting flight in Frankfurt to Copenhagen thanks to Lufthansa crew. The ground crew was waiting at the gate and received us and took us through special runway entrance and immigration check. We were on the plane at 10-09 am for 10-10 departure. Thanks to Andre and the other lady for mission impossible :)
