Cons: "Very good I like it👌"
Cons: "The boarding announcement speaker was broken, so the flight attendants needed to yell out."

Cons: "During covid-19 they are not even attempting at providing a modicum of social distancing. Every seat in both of my flights was completely filled, meaning that we were squished up next to everyone despite any efforts to stay 6ft away from each other in the airports. Many passengers were wearing their masks incorrectly (not covering their nose, TAKING OFF THE MASK TO SNEEZE) and were not being asked to wear their mask properly by staff. I felt completely unsafe and won't be flying American again until there is a vaccine for covid."

Cons: "Although British Airways and American Airlines are alliance partner companies, their systems don’t behave as such. It took me too many attempts to mention in order to simply upgrade my seat. The booking locator number is different for both airlines, and no one ever informed me of that critical information"

Cons: "I had very bad emotions sickness from London to Dallas TX. After I got on the plane I asked one crew member if I have any chance to switch the seat to sit by the bathroom because I am very sick, but seems no one cares. They said there is nothing they can do and tell me to get back to my seat. The whole fight I was sick. It was a horrible no crews member were asked me how I felt. No crews member checked me if I were ok. I had fever and so sick. There were late. I never have any bad fight like this forever."

Cons: "Hi, I couldnt make my flight as I was very ill and when I called to reschedule it, I was given a form to fill out and no help. So I am STILL stuck on Barcelona, trying to figure out how I can change my ticket and how much that will cost me. Why does it take a form? Why can't someone give me a price quote?"
Pros: "The flight crew were all very nice and attentive. The on-board entertainment kept me busy during my waking hours. I appreciated the complimentary blanket, pillow and earbuds."

Cons: "Thought we were flying British Airways - even this survey says it's BA - went to wrong ticketing desk and was sent to American - had to let our friends in Germany know the change by email - worried they wouldn't get the email in the muddle of their night and they'd go to BA gate undead of American. It was a little disconcerting"

Cons: "There weren't any screens, which surprised me since our 3 other flights had them, and we unfortunately didn't have a backup plan. Our kids were disappointed. Also in order to sit with our young children we were only given the option to sit in the very last row that doesn't recline which was difficult seeing as the flight took place in the middle of the night according to our bodies. No actual food was provided despite it being a 6 hour dinner time flight."

Cons: "One of the worst flights ever. The plane was jammed. My seat was in row 20, directly across from the lavatory. The light was one every time they opened or closed the door. I had people standing right next to me with their rear ends in my face. The plane would be fine for a short trip with that many people and such small uncomfortable seats (and I am a little person 5'1"). But to put that many people on a "cattle car" for a 6 hour flight... no bueno. Also, I could not check in online to get seats and I wasn't able to upgrade. My husband was stuck 13 rows behind me. Worst flight ever."
