Cons: "Wish we didn’t have to pay so much to change the tickets. Significantly ate out of our holiday money"

Pros: "I liked when w landed in my destination."
Cons: "The flight attendants were very short and not helpful. I pumped breast milk and asked for a bit of ice and they gave me four cubes. When I asked for a bit more after first service they again gave me four cubes. Not very kind and treated me like I was bothering them."

Pros: "Priced right."
Cons: "All snacks, drinks are for sale. Could at least offer a complimentary bottle of water."

Pros: "crew were cheerfull"
Cons: "Ryanair are fleecing customer regarding the wheelie carry on bag. Customers should be told about their new 'rules' and all the extra costs at the point of purchasing the the ticket as when you add the extra costs on the flight is no longer a bargain and flying with BA is a much better option."

Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "Very noisy people, very drunk people and like in all Ryanair flights, the staff has to keep giving people alcohol, so they were getting even more drunk. Not a good experience when all of them starts standing like in a bar on top of your head and raise the volume of the voice for no reason. Also from the time we landed until the time we were allowed to leave the aircraft, 15 minutes passed. Without anyone telling us for what reason. Very annoying..."

Cons: "No vegan food."

Pros: "App is helpful. Email messages are helpful"
Cons: "Unclear that >100 ml not allowed in cabin size luggage that gets put in the hold. This caused unnecessary delay and extra work for staff at security"

Pros: "This flight issues were so plentiful they provided me with knowledge on how not to run an airline."
Cons: "5 X delays, Incompetent pilot, No organisation of ground crew 2.5hr late"

Pros: "Staff where nice and flight was on time"
Cons: "I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child."

Pros: "Keeps to schedule. A high performing low cost airline."
Cons: "Cost of the food and drinks but I’ll still fly with Ryanair again."

Pros: "V efficient airport. Got through quickly and no rushing due to size. V pleasant staff despite full plane. Nice flight path over by Ireland’s highest mountain range on the departure. Also nice sunset on right of plane. All on time"
Cons: "Maybe enough seats for everyone after security but obv right for space"

Pros: "It is a cheap flight. I don’t espect first class. The ride was smooth, the flight was cheap, the cabin crew were friendly and it wasn’t horrendously dirty."
Cons: "I had to print the boarding pass on my own, cannot get it at the airport. Also the fact that they delay in telling you where the gate is and then it is a 10 minutes stride to get there."

Pros: "Got home."
Cons: "They managed to mangle the queuing in the terminal, getting everybody on theit feet and I need the queue 20 minutes before boarding started and then have us standing in a queue on the stairs for ten minutes. The flight was delayed an hour or so, and pass Nebraska then asked to take their seats quickly as if they had caused the delay. The crew were tired but polite. Standard Ryanair fight, really, run for the airline’s convenience rather than the passengers’ comfort."

Pros: "The efficiency of the staff, the cost of the flight, the food."
Cons: "The queue at the airport."

Pros: "Arrived on time"
Cons: "Screaming children and little food on offer. No tea...again"

Pros: "Efficient, good value and on time"
Cons: "Non priority Queue and the fact that my bags were put in the hold."

Cons: "Delayed"

Pros: "Airport OK. Efficient service. On time arrival."
Cons: "Gate area bit narrow and clumsy. Walk to plane. Deposit your own bag on large trolley outside plane due to opportunistic charging policy of RyanAir. Seat basic no recline. No seat pockets. No wifi. Still paying £200 return.."

Cons: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark, cold, wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."

Cons: "Delayed take off 20 minutes late from Cork, now at STN, we stuck on the plane because the ladder and stairs to get off the plane are not ready?????? Do we blame Ryanair???? Second time I have had this excuse while flying with them!!!! Maybe this is what you get when you fly with an airline who cut corners and costs?????"

Pros: "Boarded from gate beside the executive lounge."

Cons: "Ground staff made final boarding call too soon. Had to rush from the lounge only to find no passengers had left the terminal steps to walk to the plane to board."

Pros: "On time departure and arrival"
Cons: "Access to airplane and egress via the aircraft own steps is an accident waiting to happen for those people with impaired mobility."

Pros: "price"
Cons: "all the extra charges... late take off not being able to get the seat desired general nervousness due to low level of confidence in the company"

Pros: "Price"
Cons: "Check in, crowds, cramped seats"

Pros: "Comfortable seat"
Cons: "Flight delay and .no air bridge"

Pros: "The flight was excellent all throughout, very kind Staff,Captain was brilliant"
Cons: "Wait to long from check in to board the Plaine"

Cons: "Flight delayed, no baggage tags to put cabin cases in hold and ‘random allocation’ seats actively place people as far away from each other as possible"

Pros: "Crew was very friendly and helpful."
Cons: "Long wait before getting on the aircraft"

Pros: "Absolutely nothing! Horrible airline to say the least :("
Cons: "Very rude staff and overall poor service!"

Pros: "Everything was quick and efficient from check in to baggage pickup."
Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "An obnoxious hen party disrupted our enjoyment of the flight. Cabin crew didn't try to control them"

Pros: "The plane itself was good. It left on time."
Cons: "Stood in a long line only to be told that we had to go to a different line. Not marked. Told to print boarding passes which is something a traveler cannot easily do. Not able to do that before leaving the United States."

Pros: "Crew was friendly and professional"
Cons: "Seats don't recline, no seat back pocket"

Pros: "Boarded on time"

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Tight seating"

Cons: "I paid extra for priority boarding and, though I was one of the first 20 passengers on board, I was not allowed to put my bag in the overheard compartment. I was told to put both my purse (not a tiny one, mind you) and my carry on bag under the seat. And, because I had an isle seat, the space was smaller than average. So I had to fly cramped up. Because I'm not an EU citizen, I had to queue up as if to check in luggage to have a stamp placed on my boarding pass. Then another queue to board the plane because they don't bother to call by row or group number like most airlines. The boarding was chaotic. The seats are very uncomfortable. They don't even give you one small cup of water. You have to pay 3 euros for a bottle of water that would cost you 1 elsewhere. Finally, the landing was very hard and shook everyone about."

Pros: "Your APP does not allow you to check in and we were charged 50 to each person for writing the pass of hand tacking"
Cons: "A coherent response by RYANAIR to this email. Omarborjas1@gmail.com"

Cons: "Still could do with just another couple of inches more space."

Pros: "Was what I expected."
Cons: "The number of people who choose to keep going up and down the aisles and not sit in their seat. Pay to sit next to your friend if you are that bothered. Made the hostesses job much harder to serve drinks quickly as had to keep moving back and forth to accommodate people walking by"

Pros: "Fast"
Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "We waited for an hour on the tarmac. It's critical that if other passengers aren't on time we close the doors and go so we leave on states time. Otherwise we miss it as we did and had to wait an hour. I realise my flight was cheap however timings are global whether no frills or not!"

Pros: "Fast and efficient"
Cons: "The hard seat backs"

Pros: "I needed to be in London early as I had a connecting flight and Ryanair got me there on time"
Cons: "Standsted security not opening the door to the terminal when we arrived by bus from the plane."

Cons: "I tried to check in on line but because of their website was unable to. So we were charged 45 euro each for a boarding pass. That is unacceptable. I would not recommend this airline."
