Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.

Amazing KLM service and brilliant economy comfort seats. Well worth the extra.

All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.

Just lucky: After realizing I was on "standby" b/c of a technical seat problem, someone volunteered to go Premium Economy, & I got to keep my Business seat. Found broken headphones, and they replaced them immediately! Excellent food and beverage service. Although we went to ALM first on our way to NQZ, it meant Business class was almost empty for the last 1.5 hours of flight- heavenly!

Great service. The flight was in great condition and the staff was very cheerful.

Changing the flight with app and customer service was very difficult and poor .although I h ad a ticket and seat number still had to pay more money as ticket not transfered. Couldn’t buy another ticket for my daughter on my booking too. Customer services’s appealing. My daughter was ill and noine cared.

1. Food provided was not per the selection. 2. Very old and outdated media infotainment and not much language oriented films 3. Better provide with a proper headset rather cheap in ear headphones.

Overall experience is good with boarding and food. There was no entertainment provided on a leg that made it bit harder.

Only two check in counters for online bag drop, economy and premium economy clients, NO management supervision whatsoever, no announcements, whilst Business and first class had three check in counters operational, with the bulk of clients flying economy on a 747…..very poor service indeed. Stood in a queue for two hours to check in!!!!!! The flight crew were equally indifferent.

Very bad, never get this flight again and crew was worst and are rude especially one bald guy was not helpful and there was an other German guy who was bit helpful. Lufthansa owners should look into this matter seriously and food was not good as well

Staff and crew were very helpful. I wish there was less delays on the flights that made it stressful for the connecting flights.

We were upgraded to Premium Economy which was great, lots of space, great food, great seats, somewhat more attentive service.

Online checking, bag drop, ground crew and flight crew excellent. Seats better and more comfortable that many others in Economy, still narrow for 9 plus hour flights, but you manage. Drink and meal service a bit sparse but adequate, return flight was a bit less attended. All in all, a good experience. Lufthansa never disappoints.
