The plane was late (as was my flight out from Birmingham the day before)

we were able to make it to the connecting flight in Frankfurt to Copenhagen thanks to Lufthansa crew. The ground crew was waiting at the gate and received us and took us through special runway entrance and immigration check. We were on the plane at 10-09 am for 10-10 departure. Thanks to Andre and the other lady for mission impossible :)

Flight was great only departure was delayed to saome ground crew issues

The United Airlines crew that operated this flight was subpar. They didn’t

The crew was the best I’ve ever encountered. Business class was spacious, immaculate, and very modern.

Service was bad and food they told us they only had pasta very rude

Overall excellent service and Frankfurt Airport was very efficient and clean

The media system is so inreliable, it keeps freezing and restarting at the begonning. Old planes with an old entertainment system makes a long flight very boring

They lost my luggage and despite all follow ups through emails and phone calls they don’t give me an update

Our flights were severely delayed, then canceled and we had to fly out next day with no sleep accommodation help. This led to our baggage being lost and the service reps after baggage couldn’t be bothered to help. They kept sending us to different counters when we were at the right counter to begin with. The only saving grace was the angel woman supervisor with blond hair who helped us put in a missing baggage claim.
