The crew was fantastic. They were always there when we needed them. No wifi on an 11 hour flight was a bummer. The entertainment onboard was boring.

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

Service was bad and food they told us they only had pasta very rude

Overall excellent service and Frankfurt Airport was very efficient and clean

The media system is so inreliable, it keeps freezing and restarting at the begonning. Old planes with an old entertainment system makes a long flight very boring

When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.

Professional crew and staff, very organized boarding and on time flights, baggage handling. Indian vegetarian meals were good, though could improve by offering Indian bread (naan/paratha/roti) as well. Very helpful pre flight emails with details of onboard experience 👍 Above average selection of movies. Consider offering more movies with subtitles and ratings indicators (e.g., IMDB scores).

Using the media screen in economy class is a disaster

Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬
