If the plain wait for the passenger it should wait for the baggage!!

The crew was fantastic. They were always there when we needed them. No wifi on an 11 hour flight was a bummer. The entertainment onboard was boring.

Service was bad and food they told us they only had pasta very rude

Overall excellent service and Frankfurt Airport was very efficient and clean

The media system is so inreliable, it keeps freezing and restarting at the begonning. Old planes with an old entertainment system makes a long flight very boring

The flight was cancelled due to tech problem with the plane

When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.

Using the media screen in economy class is a disaster

Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬

The plane was clean and the staff professional and courteous, as usual. The seat back was very hard and uncomfortable.
