Overall excellent service and Frankfurt Airport was very efficient and clean

The media system is so inreliable, it keeps freezing and restarting at the begonning. Old planes with an old entertainment system makes a long flight very boring

The boarding system was all bogus - employees at the boarding gate were not sound like proffesional or may be possibly rational

Using the media screen in economy class is a disaster

They offered water and chocolate I would have preferred a sandwich.

Flight was an hour+ late leaving Munich. We even missed a rescheduled flight from Chicago to Kansas City. Lufthansa was responsive in providing motel and meals.
