Avoid Toronto airport if possible. One had to leave the airport to go to the next terminal. No directions.

The overall sports experience wasn’t even OK. The fact I canceled when I was on my way to get food at the airport again this was a international flight. I was out of the country and I did have work the next day. It was very inconvenience and very last minute and it was very poorly communicated.

Informed of delay the day of flight resulted in us getting to our destination hours later. Had we been notified earlier plans could have been rearranged. No airline employee could tell us why there was such a delay. Smells of trying to hide the real reason Food was not offered to us. Stewardess walked right passed us offering others drinks and food. I thought on a short flight maybe they paid for it so I didn’t ask. Turns out they should have offered us something Seats were very hard and uncomfortable

Terrible. The flight from Athens was delayed and we missed the connected flight to USA. They will put service was unacceptable, we had insufficient information, and the whole experience was awful.

My luggage was lost and still has not been found. Apparently there is a disconnect between Aer Lingus and American Airlines regarding the transfer of luggage that needs to be corrected.

I flew Aer Lingus Business class for the first time. Having flown economy a few times, I was familiar with the airline, and happy enough with economy. I’ve certainly been in nicer economy airlines before, but Aer Lingus is usually very reasonable, and I find the staff to be kind and have an Irish sense of humor and accommodation. The business experience was good, in that you got superior service to the back, lay down seats, better food and drinks, and more attentive service. However, the plane was a bit older, the WiFi was slow(not Starlink) and the pods were too close to one another for privacy, or function. When the Oder lady to the left of me fell asleep(fully reclined) there was no way for me to escape without having to wake her and put her seat all the way up. That lead to me being stuck with luggage I couldn’t put away in a cramped(for business) space, and no way to use the restroom for almost the whole 8 1/2 hour trip. I ended up trying to sleep with a large backpack blocking my feet. The food was good for plane food, but not great. The drinks were great, shame I couldn’t have had more, but I’d have peed myself. I love a window, but next time maybe an isle seat. Overall, the experience was good, not great, but an expensive good experience during which I got zero sleep. I’d do it again, but it’d have to be a deal.

The direct flight was a superb idea; please continue. The seats were less than comfortable for such a long flight.

Because of problem with aer Lingus, I couldn’t check in until just before the flight and was stuck in the middle seat

There was no flight. I booked a flight from Toronto to Bordeaux with a stopover in Dublin. I arrived in Dublin and the flight number I had didn't exist and the flight going to Bordeaux I wasn't on. I had to book a new flight with a different airline for later in the day and pay out of pocket.

They lost my baggage on my connecting flight and we’re an hour late so I nearly missed it

.Ealing could have been better but no complaints on everything else

Pilot missed Fredericton airstrip on first go, so had to ascend again, turn around and try it again, successfully, albeit a little jittery...perhaps a new or inexperienced pilot. Not the greatest Air Canada experience. Delayed us even more.

The floor plan on the website indicated I was selecting a seat at the front of the cabin with ample leg room. In fact, I was in the row behind it. I should have wondered when the seat was free to upgrade, but it meant I traded an aisle seat three rows back for a middle seat, which was quite cramped. The Internet didn't work and the live TV didn't work until the last half hour of the trip. On a night of World Cup soccer games, not good.

Canceled my flight in March and have been waiting for 3 months now without the refund after it was promised

Smooth ride but I wish they have better food selections.

Aircraft is designed with all 3 washrooms at the back of the plane, meaning that when there is service underway, there are no washrooms available and it gets very crowded at the back of the plane.

I was through check-in right away and on the plane before I knew it perfect in every way

Excellent flight crew. Very comfortable plane. Entertainment options on air Canada were great!

Flight was oversold. Seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.

Very good except paying twice for seat selection. Once when I booked and again when I checked in.

We did not have seat assigned until almost the very end of boarding and my husband and I did not sit together I don’t know why even though we bought tickets 3 months in advance and checked in very early. We were not standby and we were treated as we had stand by tickets. I will never fly Air Canada again.
