Cons: "For an older couple like us did not like having to climb the steps up into the Plane and being out in the rain did not help. However that was not the worst part of the arrangement between getting off the Aer Lingus plane and with so little time to reach the gate for our BA flight to Denver it was a total disaster. Due to a minor problem my wife had with her foot I had asked for a wheel-chair to be available when we got off the plane at Heatrow. Good job that I did because with out their help we would never have made it in time for your flight to Denver. Between up and down in elevators, running along the corridors, in and out of a bus and I myself trying to catch up with those poor attendants. I was sorry that I did not get a second wheel chair for my self. Only for the flight was delayed by about 20 minutes we would have missed the flight. Who ever was responsible for making the arrangements of just allowing a time of 1 hour and 10 minutes between flights needs to figure out a better time schedule before people of our age ends up getting stressed out and end up with a heart attack. Very stressful indeed, believe I will never let this happen to me again. Fly/Us you need to fix this."

The only other option available was for BA to put us on the 20:20 Kulula flight to Lanseria and then shuttle us from Lanseria to OR Tambo. It really is not pleasant to get back home so late on a week night and not even be given any warning or any reason for the huge delay."

The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

There were just as many lines for people who had checked in online and just needed to drop their bags - this made no sense to me! There should only have been one line for that and the rest should have been dedicated to getting the rest of the passengers checked in."

Cons: "I did check in online but the web site did not send me the boarding pass to my email. I thought it is fine. But We I got airport the counter charge me more than $60/each for check in!!!. And they are very rude. Just say to us either do it or just leave. Very bad feeling"
Cons: "Delay to board was exhausting. No information or explanation why. Everybody was pushed outside with stewards pushing us out of airport building to the exterior where everybody had to stand for 45 min (including elder people and parents carrying babies)."

Cons: "When checking in I noticed me and my boyfriend were "randomly allocated" seats 10 rows apart. When I called and enquiried about this I was told that I would have to pay to move the seats even though there were 4 seats available next to my boyfriends allocated seat. This is ridiculous seeing as it was not a separate booking and there were plenty of seats available! On the way back my boyfriend was charged 50 euros for a bag which the flight attendant deemed as oversized even though on the way there it was perfectly fine. Her reasoning was that it would have to be put under the plane... When walking to the plane we saw that most people were asked to leave their hand luggage on the tarmac to be put "under the plane" without being charged so essentially we were ripped off yet again!"
Cons: "You really should add the preboading criteria right at time of purchase. Cost $50 per person for boarding passes at airport."

Cons: "Firstly we were delayed for two and a half hours which caused us to arrive after midnight making it very hard to find transport home. The seats were very uncomfortable and wouldn't tilt back at all. We were hungry because we had waited for 2+ hours and we were not provided with any food onboard. Not a fun flight."

Pros: "i had bought 2 bags one 20 kg and one 15 kg i tried to go boarding with min stuff in hand when she weighted the 2 bags it was 38.5 kg i asked to consider that i had only a laptop bag of 2-3 kg in hand .. i can sure carry the catalogues that are in the check in bags with me .. she refused and said not even a kilo more ... i had to move the cataloghues and carry with me !!!!"

Cons: "There was no notification from cabin crew to advise us to ensure we collect our luggage BEFORE we go through the glass doors at Gatwick. We were expecting to show our passport and collect our luggage from the carrousel but didn't realise until after we went through the glass doors and had to wait over 40 mins for it to be brought to us. What was so astonishing- we were told we weren't the only ones this happened to. It would be very useful if cabin crew made the passengers aware of this to avoid it happening time after time with others/flights"
