The boarding call announcements versus the Staff announcements versus the digital signage board on the out-going and returning flights WERE NOT IN SYNC. I was sent through check and re-checks 3 times. WHY?

Was 3 hrs delayed and my poor friend I met in Barcelona was waiting at airport for 3 hrs. Dallas airport was awful

With three empty seats across the aisle from me I politely asked the crew if I could sit in one of those seats. They initially told me I couldn't do it for my safety. When I pressed them again they blamed the captain. So which was it? I didn't appreciate either nonsense explanation simply because they didn't want to honor my request.

The food could have been better. And the chicken sandwich was not nice at all.

The bed in Club class was not very comfortable, everything else was good.

Great room between the seats, food was excellent, very comfortable overall and could have stayed on the plane even longer

Flight delayed in terms of boarding and Kayak was great in updating but the team on the groping at British Airways were really poor

The information in the airport, and the app was different. Be aware. Different terminals in Stuttgart, so we had to walk a lot. It's a small airport so it wasn't a big deal, but it was ludicrous to see the error in the app.

It was difficult to board from London to accra. Had to get there an hour before and almost missed the flight. Did not get enough rest time at the lounge
