Cons: "For an older couple like us did not like having to climb the steps up into the Plane and being out in the rain did not help. However that was not the worst part of the arrangement between getting off the Aer Lingus plane and with so little time to reach the gate for our BA flight to Denver it was a total disaster. Due to a minor problem my wife had with her foot I had asked for a wheel-chair to be available when we got off the plane at Heatrow. Good job that I did because with out their help we would never have made it in time for your flight to Denver. Between up and down in elevators, running along the corridors, in and out of a bus and I myself trying to catch up with those poor attendants. I was sorry that I did not get a second wheel chair for my self. Only for the flight was delayed by about 20 minutes we would have missed the flight. Who ever was responsible for making the arrangements of just allowing a time of 1 hour and 10 minutes between flights needs to figure out a better time schedule before people of our age ends up getting stressed out and end up with a heart attack. Very stressful indeed, believe I will never let this happen to me again. Fly/Us you need to fix this."

Pros: "This was a round trip. From Hartford to Dublin went without a hitch. From Dublin to Hartford was a nightmare - we arrived ninety minutes before scheduled take-off, having checked in and gotten seat assignments the night before. The flight was closing to boarding as we arrived at the airport,so we could not use the self-service kiosks for baggage tags and we got NO direction on how to short-circuit the hours'-long line, even though there is a procedure for doing so. Result - we had to rebook at our cost for the following day and pay for another night in a hotel."
Pros: "The Irish accents of the people when we managed to actually get a human being on customer service. Also, the other passengers were nice. Finally, when the flight was cancelled, they did put us up a hotel with a pool. They also have a cool logo."
Cons: "Not only was the flight cancelled (with no clear communication or updates) but the new flights they booked for us weren't recognized by partner airlines and it was impossible to resolve the problem without their help, and no help at all was available this morning. We booked another flight on our own and assume they will pay us back. They'd better or we'll find a lawyer."

For both legs I had to start the web Checkin at least twice. I also got an error page when I tried to print my boarding pass. I do’s not find a way to add my boarding pass to my iphone’s wallet."

Cons: "AerLingus use a Boeing757 on this route and the seats are old, uncomfortable and many have dips in them.The entertainment system is ancient and had limited stuff on it. The food was as bad as airplane food gets. The 'beef' Shepard pie was lumpy and over salted. Also you must pay for beer and wine on this 4 star airline. They use "smart flies aer Lingus " as their advert tag line. In my opinion smart flies someone else"

The flight crew was outstanding- Ashley and Hazel could not have been nicer to us. My TV set was broken in my seat but I did not care as I had a lot of reading to do. It was an outstanding return trip from a wonderful time in Ireland"

Because I missed my connecting flight, they had to reroute me through Boston and then to San Francisco. I paid extra for an upgraded seat and they still sat me in a middle seat. To componsate for the 8 and a half hour delay and two brutal flights, they gave me a meal voucher for 8 Euros. I won't be flying Aer Lingus anytime soon. Of the three flights that I had with them this trip, two were severely delayed. I'm exhausted!"

When I was boarding the plane I saw several people with carry on baggage that were wider and longer than mine. I will never fly thru British Airways or book thru Kayak.com again. When I get back to my country I will file every complaint I can thru google and social media. I never felt so disrespected and ripped off!"

This time last row next to toliets Dont fly aer lingus if you dont book directly with them, same for british airways I looked at BA's website - they do let you book a seat in advance but you must pay something for every single seat. Crazy. There are no free seats"
