Disaster. Downgraded. Zero apology. No effort or coordination between gate and crew. Awful seat blocked by door emergency slide box. Iberia is a mess. App never works. Avoid this airline.

Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor

Transportation from gate to airplane was poor we stayed in hot bus for 20 minute no vantilation

Because the plane was delayed from Madrid to LAX, we missed our connecting flight to Malaga. Iberia offered to book us a hotel room but I needed to be in Malaga that evening. I ended up buying train tickets to Malaga from Madrid. I also feel Iberia should compensate me for the cost of the train tickets because they didn't meet their travel obligation.

temperature was too cold there should be free blankets, seat are very uncomfortable, entertainment is limited.

The plane needs upgrading, the seats are uncomfortable, we are a family of three and they split us and did nothing to group us together, and the food is horrible compared to other airlines bu

Chairs do not recline. Finished the trip with an aching back.

Boarding was 2 1/2 late no explanation Captain said he did not know why, but he rested at home for an extra couple of hours. Food was edible, Nothing more.

It was a wonderful experience with great food, great staff, and no difficulties boarding!
