Boarded in group three at Barcelona, which meant going from a gate outside onto a bus to ride across the airport to a plane waiting on the tarmac. When we arrived at the plane, crew behavior told us something was wrong. Bus driver would not let us off for almost twenty minutes, despite being crammed shoulder to shoulder. Eventually, we got onto the plane, but were then told that someone “forgot” to refuel the plane and the truck to do so had not arrived. We departed late enough that we missed our connecting train in NYC, which was the last train of the evening, so we had to stay awake all night in the passenger waiting area of Amtrak’s Penn Station, which was almost impossible to get to because the station was now closing, as it was after midnight. We had to haul four suitcases a few blocks on city streets in the rain to get to the one remaining open entrance to Penn Station. We ended up being up for 36 hours straight because someone couldn’t do their job. Never, ever again would I fly this airline.

Boarding was 2 1/2 late no explanation Captain said he did not know why, but he rested at home for an extra couple of hours. Food was edible, Nothing more.

It was a wonderful experience with great food, great staff, and no difficulties boarding!

A 13 hour flight with no food apart from what they offered from a menu you had to pay for. On top of that, there were no blankets, so during the flight when the cabin temperature dropped, everyone was very cold. Neither of these things were highlighted at the time of booking. This is the worst long-haul flight I’ve ever encountered.

Great food, excellent service. Did not manage to make wifi work but in a flight of less than an hour it was not a big deal

British Airways changed flight times after booking, allowing very little time between connections. We had to rush to barely make the next flight. They also ran out of certain vegetarian options during our 10-hour flight. Crew was fine, but overall a very unpleasant experience.

Better pillow cases in economy. I didn’t like that I couldn’t pick my seats since I booked with Kayak.

Passengers were taken to the aircraft by bus. But they kept people standing back to back in the small no AC, no restrooms, no chairs area for 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle bus. No information was provided to the passengers, no help or service was offered during this incident

Needed more info on connecting flight. Late flight made very short connection. Lost luggage that we still do not have!
