The plane was old and the business seats were run down and uncomfortable.
They lost my bags and I didn't get them for 4 days after. This also happened to about 30 other people on my flight from fra to MAA (I know bc we were all filing claims in line together from the same flight.)

Treating basic economy customers like untouchable and giving worst services just because we bought that ticket is ridiculous! We were not given option to choose the seat even at the time of checkin, we had to request the boarding staff at the gate as me and my wife were given different seats. She gave us the seats together but after letting us know rudely that they are not supposed to give any services to basic economy customers. Even bag purchase charges were extremely high!!
The boarding to be on time, no flight delays to make me to run between terminals to get the next connection. The minibus didn’t drop us on correct terminal to be able to make it on next connection without a heavy run.
Need better food. The leg space between seats were small.
We missed the flight due to very slow security control and lack of last call announcement. We only found out at the gate that the gate is closed. Altogether 14 or 15 people missed the flight FR4500 from Cologne to Dublin.
Everything went according to plan. Check in, boarding etc all were very efficient.

very delayed boarding; the crew started the service extremely late and everything felt like they didn't want to be there and do their jobs; the pilot changed her mind about landing :))))))))) and we spent 10 more minutes circling around the airport before landing, eventually!!! lack of communication = lack of professionalism. she could have said 'ladies and gentlemen, due to us having taken off very late, we have lost our landing permissions and we'll have to wait some more', but she chose to shut up. big mistake that reflects poorly on the airline and herself.
It is standard with Ryanair, as FF with Ryanair you dont expect too much, and Ryanair never disappoints. At least it is reliable.

The flight boarded and departed Venice on time (more or less), the cabin crew were super friendly and efficient, the flight crew kept us informed of progress, and the flight arrived early in Dublin. All in all, this flight was as close to perfect as is possible to achieve. Well done, Ryanair. The fact that Ryanair aircraft arrive and depart from gates that are in the back of beyond in Dublin's Terminal 1 is a bummer - in terms of the length of the walk need on both ends of a return flight. But I suspect that this is not Ryanair's fault
Enjoyed our flight with Ryanair to Arrecife. Flight boarded pretty much on time, crew were welcoming and very good. Generally good for a frequent low cost flight, Seats could however have been more comfortable.
I wouldn't like to fly with them anymore, I don't like their service, you can hardly take carry-on luggage because they charge you for everything, you can't ask for a glass of water, and the flight attendant tells you that they don't have any, that you have to Paying 3 euros for a bottle of water horrible, I don't recommend it, and they don't have anything low cost, because the plane ticket may not be expensive but what they charge you later for the rest, the flight becomes more expensive, it's the only airline that I don't like it so far, and I traveled a lot.
