It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.
The staffs were very good and helpful especially since we were traveling with a toddler
Terrible airlines - suffered entire flight due to food poisoning from stale food
Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.

Qatar screwed up by delaying our onward journey for refueling, which resulted in missing our connecting flight to India. the airport qater staff at Doha, herded us like cattle in a very incohesive and uncoordinated way. We were then given 2 options: either catch our original flight the Next day ( After 24.hrs) or catch 2 flights instead , to goto our destination in India. All this, for paying a premium for Qatar.
My Tv don’t work the whole from Doha to New Delhi. Overnight didn’t work from Bos to Doha and had to eat food without light
Qatar said few times that the luggage will be at the final destination but they were wrong. Please check where your port of entry is at the destination. This is where the luggage would be. The food was terrible.
The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.
Overall good experience. Polite crew. Good foodandentertainment. Seats are small and bit congested though.
Never flown with LH before so all in all wasba good experience. Also good to know that approx 24hrs prior the flight opens up for being able to organise the seating free.
The special meal was not correct. But the female stewardess who handled the problem did such a good job correcting the issue. She deserves recognition for understanding and providing customer service and having patience.
I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...
Didn't have bar code on our phone based boarding pass. People at the counter didn't notice. We walked to security, couldn't get through, had to go back to check in to get a paper boarding pass.
No eye patches , socks given out for overnight flight! The snack on the short haul was a cube of chocolate! The seat was uncomfortable for a long haul - not enough cushioning!
"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."
In a half empty plane LH put me on the only row in Economy plus were 3 people were sitting. Instead of asking either one of us if we'd like to switch to an empty center row , they moved people from the back to the empty middle rows. In the end I felt cheated because I paid more for my seat and lost out.
Boarding is as always an issue. Slow and long boarding time.
