Cons: "First leg of our trip on British air on a smaller plane with lots of comfort and room. Our 2nd and long leg was on a larger and newer plane. Leg room and room for the tray table was so tight and uncomfortable for a long Flight. Paid extra for end seating and using British air for transfers through Heathrow as an American Air partner. Will try to avoid the extra cost in the future."

Cons: "Food is bad. Did not like it one bit. Entertainment too limited, expected more from BA (particularly in the music area). Feels more.like a budget airline! Maybe London airport problem, but both flights from London (at the start of holiday and at the end) were delayed. Nearly missed my connecting flight to NZ. Overall: Resent experience with BA and London Heathrow airport was to the extend that my future travel won't be with BA nor through London airport."

Cons: "Crew members seemed drunk and kept stepping on my foot that wasn't in the aisle and pumping into me, boarding was 2 hours late with no communication, food service was poor, hard to get water and disboarding was unorganized. I've taken many bad flights and this was by far the worst and most of is was the terrible attitudes and behaviors of the crew."

Cons: "The plane was at the gate for almost 2 hours due to the fuel tanks - apparently the engineers didn't know which tanks were refueled. Sounded a bit weird. I bill at $800 per hour - I think I should be compensated for my time."

Cons: "Once we got off the plane we had to go through security again and then rush through customs to get to our connecting flight. Customs agents wanted us to have our landing cards filled out before we got there but the crew on flight didn’t give passengers landing cards to fill out prior to landing and customs didn’t even have pens for us to fill our our forms. Super unhelpful and rude. Then our flight was delayed two hours which caused us to miss the train we needed out of the airport to West Jesmond. Thus forcing us to take a cab that was horrifically expensive. Super bummed on heathrow and British airlines. Would not travel through heathrow again."

Cons: "You've got to pay for a can of ginger ale now? When did British Airways become a budget airline? What a joke. The plain is an old outfitting with flip down screens and whatnot. It's not like we need these things for shorter fights, but why would anyone pay more to fly a nicer airline if you're treated like you're on Ryan Air?"

Cons: "One should not have to pay for a drink on that flight. it is too long. If it were less than an hour, I would understand."
Cons: "One world premium member, last seat next to the bathroom, rude check in staff who we’re highly unhelpful saying they had no authority to help and to use ba.com for customer service issues and outrageous checked bag fees €75. Never again BA."
Cons: "Left late. Was told we would still arrive on time. Sat waiting for a gate to open which took all most 45 minutes. We had 12 minutes to depart, go through security and RUN to another terminal and navigate a foreign AirPort and run onto a BA plane that we were told would not wait for the numerous passengers trying to reach the plane. And then sat for over 30 minutes on the plane while the "luggage" was being loaded. Then was told our luggage never made it to our plane. Given both flights were BA I was totally disappointed for this short-term anxiety that was unnecessary."

Cons: "Turbulence (other airlines went out of their way to avoid it, by BA didn’t seem to care), BA has got rid of in flight services - so what am I paying so much for? - and made me exit and re-enter through security despite the fact that I’d checked in for a connecting flight. Overall not a positive experience and don’t think I’ll be rushing to fly with them again."

Pros: "The crew was very pleasant and made the flight as comfortable as possible for the economy class passengers. Boeing 777 are also a bit more spacious than Air Buses and thus the comfort level was excellent."

Cons: "Transfering at Heathrow is a stroke-inducing experience. Just getting from one terminal to another takes close to an hour. Add to that sadistic, bossy security personnel, incomprehensible flight announcements (in England!!) and trademark British incompetence -- Brexit can't come soon enough!"

This is because the seats are so designed that the Seat mounts come in the way of stretching your legs. It is improperly designed which can be checked out with any expert in ergonomics."

Cons: "The in-flight entertainment had issues about an hour and a half into the 8 hour flight. The crew reset individual seats with no improvement. They made any announcement asking people to stop hitting the call button about it because they were aware of the problem and said that if there was no improvement they would reset the entire plane's entertainment system which they never did. Therefore, we did not have any functioning entertainment for the remaining 6.5 hours of the flight."

Cons: "The app wasn’t working to check in. We arrived to the airport 1.5 hrs early only for them to tell us that there would be a $56 charge for not checking in 2 hours ahead of time. This is absurd. Almost as much as our ticket to Mallorca. Not okay. They were so rude to us and I dont trust that they will do this again to us. It’s a scam in my opinion. Definitely read all of the fine print or they will rip you off. Oh! And we paid for PRIORITY boarding. Psh"

Cons: "Having the family sitting separately on the flight as we were not able to afford to pay additional money to per book seats. But it was only a 2 hour flight so we coped. Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."

Cons: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7.30 am, but was still refueling after an earlier flight at that time. In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

Cons: "Ryan Air makes you pay a "Priorty" boarding fee so that you can take your carry-on on board. Then if there's room they'll let non-priority passengers bring their carry-on's. We were at the front of the line for non-priority. They said we had to check our carry-on's because there was no more space. However, they never filled up their overhead bins and they remained empty on the flight! What a scam."
