Cons: They made us wait at the gate an hour without saying nothing, and then inside the plane, we had to wait 30 minutes to departure, and they didn't explain anything neither.

Pros: Was reasonably on time

Cons: Lagguage took for ever to come out.

Cons: Airport management. For half an hour we stood waiting in a corridor.

Cons: Memmingen Airport does not call "Priority" card holders at the beginning of boarding passengers.

Cons: Individual space was tight made worse by some inconsiderate people who put their seats as far back as possible. This should be regulated.

Pros: We ran into a passport problem and they sent Wilis Otieno back home to Nairobi instead of helping him resolve it. I made a dozen phone calls to no avail. Very disappointed.

Cons: I was between two large men and couldn’t sit all the back in my seat. Eating was a real trick!

Cons: Flight was delayed in Frankfurt due to technical issues. That was fixed, but ended up missing the flight to Minneapolis. Lufthansa provided vouchers to hotel and shuttle to the hotel (holiday inn express) and back to the airport. We stood out in the cold for 45 mins but the shuttle did not show up. Ended up taking Uber to the hotel only to find out their shuttle service does not start in the morning before 5:30 am. They booked me on a 6 am flight with 5:45 boarding time. The hotel scheduled a taxi to pick me up at 3:30 am to make back to the airport on time. I ended up spending $70 and I’m totally exhausted. I wished I just stayed at the airport. Not to mention the quality of the hotel accommodations is less than average. Very disappointed with how this whole situation was managed.

Pros: The crew was helpful and friendly, priority boarding was super speedy and the food was served promptly (to my neighbouring passenger not me).

Cons: The seats were dirty and the plane could've done with a clean, plus I ended up with stiff knees because of how squished I was.

Cons: I did not check in online and was charged a huge fee, 55 euro to be exact. It would have been a nice reminder from the airline to have emailed with reminder to do so and what kind of fee I would be expecting to pay if I did not check in. Very ridiculous and rude customer service.

Cons: I didn’t realize it was an outdoor boarding process so i wasn’t prepared for the rain. But i will be ready next time!
