Cons: crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)

Pros: Food was absolutely terrible. Worst airline food of any trip I‘ve taken. Service was sparse. One beverage for the entire flight

Cons: I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA.

Cons: Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine.

Pros: My husband was on a business trip and his company booked him in business class. Economy was overbooked they cave me a free upgrade so I could sit with him!

Cons: Cost of extra bag. Also size limit for overhead carryon

Pros: It's like Air India the crew is old and cant serve the aircraft. Nothing I liked. Flight was very old. Waste if money.

Entertainment tv 4inc which doesn't work. Seats uncomfortable. It's better to travel will Emirates.i have no words why did I travel in BA.

Pros: The aircraft was relatively new and well appointed.

Cons: Service with a frown by half the staff. Took away headphones that I had stowed aside for a later time while taking a nap and gave it to another passenger - on a long haul business class flight. Poor service culture. Outbound flight was terrible. Six hour delay. No apologies. Rude telephone staff.

Cons: According to Kayak I had one bag for free I had to pay 50 euros

Pros: Nothing, I tried to cancel the reservation 3 days after I made it and couldn’t even get a percentage back. What a waste.

Pros: Seats confort for nearly a 5 hours flights were ok. Entertainment system is working good.

Cons: For a more than $800 ticket on a domestic flight: The flight could have been on time The food is not free and limited Entertainment system: the choice of programs and movies is a little bit too limited.

Pros: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Cons: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Cons: Seats are so cramped. I'm 5'3" and could use either arm rest because both people on either side spilled into my seat.

Cons: CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure.

Cons: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Cons: Boarding was not organized. A lot of food options but only one dish, missed the salad or other options compared to other companies such as Delta, Lufthansa, KLM and etc.. Drinks were ok, lacked alcohol options compared to other companies.

Pros: MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras.

Cons: Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges.

Cons: Better, cleaner seats. Poor movie selection and nott to mention terrible food.
