A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure
They use a smaller international plane and quarters are tighter, space smaller, and the flight is still 12 hours, then fight attendants are ruff, food is bad, cherry juice spilled by flight attendant and she comes back to ask why have we not changed yet could it be we didn’t have any clothes to change into and seat is all wet and we had to sit there for 12 hours
they were much nicer on this flight. however, my baggage was delayed by one day, and one of my suitcases arrived broken.

Istanbul to Miami Sector the plane was nice and clean except for no WiFi during the entire flight. The flight from Karachi to Istanbul was another story .The sad part is we paid for business class to be comfortable. The foot rest didn’t work. The flight attendant had to push the seat to put to recline position and/or put it back. This was not only for me but for other passengers in business class. The tray table would not come out so had to get help from the passenger sitting next to me. I understand that they may have to use old planes but Turkish Airlines have to make sure that the things are functional especially the duration of flight is six hours and they are charging a lot of money. It seemed that i was flying a domestic sector instead of an international flight.
No wifi at all during the entire flight from Istanbul to Miami.
Leaving on time would have been a good start . Sat in plane while they cleaned around us . We got to Turkey raced to our next flight to see plane sitting at the gate 5 minutes before departure time to be told “ plane is gone “ while obviously it wasn’t . Showed them time on my phone before departure. Then “ gate is closed “ . Then he said “Instead of talking to me you need to go talk to someone else to get another flight “ . We booked business class no service waited in line to have to rebook same flight day later. Offered hotel room but wait for a bus to heard us to what I’m sure would have been cheap hotel. Opted for private cab and decent hotel at our own expense. Bad service at ever turn . NEVER TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN !
flight Istanbul to tel Aviv did not happen and no refund. refund for 2nd half of round trip was less than half.
The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours without much explanation and they ran out of complimentary bag for inflight comfort. Would like to know if i can can get compensation
British Airways canceled our plane and gave us a new flight scheduled to leave in only three hours, so we had to drop everything and rush to the airport. The new itinerary only left us a one hour layover in Madrid, which was too short because the plane landed late and so we missed our connecting flight. We were then booked onto a flight scheduled to take off 8 hours later, and were not given any compensation or remedial measures.

My suitcase did not arrive . I had to change my flight to the US . I was also without all of my stuff that I had to pay through my teeth for my suitcase . I am still miserable from all the stress BA had put me and my family and friends through
Mostly very good. Flight staff twice forgot to bring drinks when they said they would come back with them. Couldn't find crew in my area of the plane to get them myself
The experience is really poor. It doesn’t feel like You are flying business class. The saving point for them is crew was really good
Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time
If you want the worst airlines and worst staff - British airways. They only know how to loot - as they always have throughout their lifetime of ruling countries etc.
You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.
The behaviour of Cabin Crew was really bad and they didn't serve food in my 10hrs flight even though I booked my flight food . They didn't treated me well. Seriously inhumane people. Moreover, they have made fun of my religious belief as I was carrying lord Krishna idol with me which is highly unacceptable. Our connecting flight got delayed and for providing the information regarding next flight and other immigration there was no guidance provided at the airport. I am really disappointed with the airlines as they have hurt my self respect as well my religious sentiments during my whole flight.
The seat pod in business class was dirty and had some white liquid in the food tray. The steward was perfunctory and the hot food was dry. There were lots of children crying as well and the parents could have used a little more help from the crew.
