The boarding time for this flight was ridiculous, longest in all my time flying. There was a problem with the original plane so it was switched at the last minute. Not a good substitution. We were delayed in departing. The bathrooms for economy were not adequate. The crew were pleasant but not present in the economy section, in an ~ 8hr flight only twice did they come through offering water, easy to get very dehydrated. I had to go and ask every hour for more water. The seats were cramped, and I have no idea what they did to the coffee but it was undrinkable. The food, was disgusting, utterly inedible, I am stunned by the lack of care and quality with the inflight service, very disappointing, I had expected better from Aer Lingus.

Excellent cabin crew. They helped a number of passengers with mobility challenges and a mother with a 3 year old and an infant. Better than most other airlines by far. Well done Eduardo!

Good, I slept the entire flight so I cannot add many inflight details

Internet didn’t work more than 30 seconds at a time. Stared at my seat for most of the flight.

We had a connection flight in Toronto and the checked bags didn’t arrive to the baggage claim area 1.5 hours later- this caused us to miss our flight because of the delay. I called Aer Lingus to see if they could help, but since I booked it through a third party on Kayak, they said they couldn’t help. Are you able to help with this? We needed up getting a hotel and renting a car for the solution.

Customer service was excellent! The app was terrible, tried several times to check in without success! But the young lady that checked us in was absolutely terrific and helpful.

Horrible. I had to wait in Dublin for 4 hours for the next connecting flight which took my to London and than i had to wait 3 hours for the flight to Dusseldorf

Was not aware that Aer Lingus was like the cut-rate services in the states, with no food or beverage (other then 3.50 Euro coffee) and no screens for entertainment. Was a great flight, but not much in the way of services.

I didn’t realize Aer Lingus was a “nickel and dime” kind of airline where you had to separately buy all the amenities you wanted. The push to purchase duty-free beauty products was off-putting. And our row had the least amount of leg room I’ve ever dealt with on a flight.

Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊

Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.

ontime and super quick boarding and disembarking. I made it in 6 min from airplane through passport control to the train platformin Cologne. Amazingly quick airport.

Boarding was fast and efficient. The crew was super friendly. Since it’s a budget airline and it’s a short flight, I can’t expect food or entertainment.

If you buy a cabin luggage, but don’t need it for your kids, so you will end up with mixed priorities. And you will need to use non priority line

East check in and security. They are always delayed though. ALWAYS!

Amazed at huge number of people who hadn’t booked cabin bags with big troller cases and rucksacks, not being stopped, what’s the point in following rules or paying more if you don't have to bother?

It was a short flight (1.2h), and everything went smoothly.

Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.
