€117 Find Cheap Flights to Haifa

Crew was outstanding, helpful and friendly. Food is deteriorating. The snack at the end of the flight was not good, a greasy moosh of toast cheese snd other unidentifiable ingredients. Coming from Germany a pretzl with butter would have been better. Entertainment had a great selection.

I had a sprained ankle and had to go down the stairs to the bus and then up the stairs to the plane. Food / dinner served cold

We just made it to our connecting flight. A long, long speed walk!

The flight and crew were good. The customer experience on the ground could have been better. We had to reschedule our flight because of a delay on the previous flight. The attendants working the desk in Washington DC were not helpful. They told us to scan a QR code and that would get us rebooked. Why couldn't two people standing at their computers do this? We had to chat with someone to get everything figured out. It was extremely confusing.

Efficiency of staff, and comfort and cleanliness of aircraft was all great. Maybe a hot drink without payment at that time in the morning would be good!

I purposely bought a seat upstairs and your airline moved it to a random aisle seat. The only good part about this being an older plane was that the seats weren’t so tight that I couldn’t relax at all. Still will never fly Lufthansa again.

We were charged for luggage, and our ticket was with Lufthansa and was supposed to include luggage fees. So our experience was a bit bad. Also, the flight was about 45 minutes late arriving.

Comment for Lufthansa is just perfect, similar to my first flight comment.

I meant this flight was not good, the one from Tirana to Frankfurt was better!

The crew was caring and attentive in making my flight comfortable as I was travelling with an injury.
