However, they failed to specify that they would not be dropping it off at the exit. Instead, everyone had to wait over 30 minutes at the airport carousel, and to everyone's surprise, not even the carry-on luggage, but the checked luggage, was the first to arrive. An hour later, we finally collected our bags. Lesson learned: I will never check my carry-on luggage with Swiss Air / Helvetic Airways again.

Zürich to Boston was great. Nice to Zurich was not bad
The cabin was warm and few used the blankets. I should’ve upgraded.
The plan was delayed for takeoff by an hour, but we ended up making the landing on time which was a nice surprise.
I purchased a one way business class ticket from Geneva to Miami but the check in agent said I had an economy ticket and later upgraded to business class. This was not the case, I had a single business class transaction. I was forced to pay for my second checked bag. I am unsure of why this happened. But I won’t use Kayak again for business class tickets.
Each flight we took was late with little or no updates or information.
Clean, efficient and quick response time when we missed our connecting flight.
When I needed to get my bag off of the plane so that I could take a train because the connection was 4 hours later, they took 2 hours to take my bag off making me take the train and miss my flight simultaneously. The seat size on the plane is too small for an average aged woman let alone a middle-aged man. It's unacceptable and I will not fly Boeing again.
They didn't give us Nothing to eat, come on..... 1 package of chips and a glass of soda won't do anything to the company
The cushion of the seats are old and very thin. The food can be more tasty or come with salt packages
I purposely bought a seat upstairs and your airline moved it to a random aisle seat. The only good part about this being an older plane was that the seats weren’t so tight that I couldn’t relax at all. Still will never fly Lufthansa again.
We were charged for luggage, and our ticket was with Lufthansa and was supposed to include luggage fees. So our experience was a bit bad. Also, the flight was about 45 minutes late arriving.
Comment for Lufthansa is just perfect, similar to my first flight comment.
I meant this flight was not good, the one from Tirana to Frankfurt was better!
The crew was caring and attentive in making my flight comfortable as I was travelling with an injury.
We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.
Small plane, only two bathrooms, no screen for videos. Not wide enough seats

The plane was very clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The land crew were very polite and informative and helpful. They informed me that there is a long way and challenging to go from international terminal to national terminal and in addition to getting my suitcases and going through customs and dropping them again for my second leg of trip which was San Francisco to Los Angeles . I have left knee issue and had a recent fall with aching muscles all over, the land crew suggested wheelchair help for me, God bless her. If I did not have help, I could not make it to my last terminal. Thank you UNITED AIRLINE!
Very helpful crew, including airport people, getting us in wheelchairs and working so hard to get us where we need on time!
