One said we dont serve wine with lunch - really! She did bring the wine 30 minutes later. But they were nice overall. Kept it clean. A+."

Cons: "I was moved from the front to the very back upon checking in at the gate due to "Weight and Balance" issues. I was able to move back to my original seat once in the air, but there was no forewarning of this even with advanced purchased tickets. Just a hassle since this flight was long and all I wanted to do was get some rest."

Cons: "There are couple things. First of all, it was cold almost for everyone: everyone used a blanket, and some people asked for a second blanket. Secondly, I think that if this airline became the best airline in 2017, staff should care about their passengers’ stuff more than they do, so backpacks or suitcases don't lose parts or get crushed during flights. When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"
Pros: "The crew was very sweet and very helpful, especially to kids who were constantly thirsty or hungry."
Cons: "We were supposed to take the flight 8 hours earlier. I’m not sure flight with such short connections should be sold at all - with the previous flight being late 20 minutes, we were met at arrival gate by Qatar airlines employee that told us our connecting flight left without us. They helped us with everything onward- getting new boarding passses, hotel and meal vouchers, but all of this should not have been needed if such short connections were not sold."

It was a quick flight, and it was fine. The only thing was my seats wouldn’t recline because I was in the last row. It was a 1am flight so that made it hard to sleep. But otherwise it was fine.
Cons: "This was my first time with Turkish airline , the airbus from Chicago to İstanbul was quite old and seats were not comfortable while the plan form İstanbul to Islamabad was perfect . Thank you Turkish airline"

Cons: "I checked in 4 hours prior to departure. While in the international zone in Casablanca Airport my cellphone switched time-zone. As a result I arrived "punctual" at the gate exactly 1 h too late, the flight left without me. Neither Turkish Airlines nor Royal Air Maroc (operating this flight) attempted to contact me via my cell phone. Disappointing."
Cons: "Security in Istanbul on return flight required me to exit transfer area, pay $30 visa fee and check a set of hiking poles. This was not a requirement on the three other legs of this flight reservation."
Pros: "Once we boarded, staff were attentive and service was good in business class. Food was high quality but in their effort to serve an elaborate 4-5 course meal, there was less attention on making sure people had drinks to pair with their meals."
Cons: "We were delayed for 3 hours. We were held in a the boarding area behind security for 2 hours with no seats, no water, no space, and no information. Turkish Airline representatives looked clueless and did not provide information or even look concerned. That was the worst handled delay in my over 30 years of flying all over the world on any many carriers. Once we boarded, the flight went well from there."

Cons: "Didn't happen. My first leg to Athens was canceled which created a humongous headache since it ended up canceling my return flights. Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."
A 10.5 hour flight is always a challenge. Our economy plus section was relatively comfortable. Meals were above average with wine included gratis. A nice selection of movies was offered. Our flight delayed and arrived on time. There was ample storage for carry on luggage. Great overall.
Our seats were at the very back, so it was very tight, so therefore, very uncomfortable. Especially when the person in front of you put their seat back. Everything else was great!
Liked: Video entertainment options were generally good (sufficient choice of good, recent films). Could Have Been Better: 1. Both the SFO-Frankfurt and Frankfurt-Milan flights were significantly delayed. 2. Dinner was ok, although included no choice other than pasta (no meat). Quality of breakfast seemed very below average (just an unpalatable, bread-heavy vegetarian sandwich that many passengers seemed to discard after only a bite or two) 3. Crew performed their duties perfunctorily, but seemed a little stiff/impersonal. 4. Space between seat and seatback of the passenger in front a bit cramped.
Cons: "Service desk personnel at the gate were very helpful and attentive. The plane was only 1/2-2/3 full, which made boarding quicker. The food was tasty and coffee was great! We were also offered juice twice during the flight. Bathrooms were clean. Since the plane wasn't full, they weren't dirty even at the end of the flight. I brought my own headphones, but the stewards provided them if you need them. My one big complaint was that our seats did not recline, thus making any kind of shut-eye near impossible. Our plane left and hour late, but the pilots stepped on the gas and we got in on time!"

Sits are very uncomfortable and food quality should be improved. Alcohol you have to ask and wait for more then 1/2 hrs. Don’t feel like to travel in Etihad. It was 1st time we traveled in Etihad now we decided we don’t want to travel in Etihad.

Pros: "The crew was easily the WORST I have dealt with. Both on the flight to Abu Dhabi and to NYC. They were rude, unhelpful and extremely arrogant. A co passenger was chatting with one of them and she happened to mention that working with people was the worst ever. She’s been with Etihad for 5 years!!!"

Pros: "Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room."

Cons: "Once we finally got through the archaic baggage drop and security lines, we found ourselves in the tiniest terminal with essentially standing room only. Flight was then delayed by 1 hour. Once Boarding was announced we waited in line for about 30 minutes before they started letting people through only to wait another 30 minutes in a hot corridor (major fire hazard) awaiting a bus to drive us about 100 feet to our plane. It really was a circus, there were about 10 buses that kept circling around the tarmac in front of us, stopping in front of our boarding line, doors open, then inexplicably the bus would take off without anyone on board. We finally boarded a bus and were driven right in front of our plane, yet for unknown reasons we were kept on the bus in about 85 degree weather with no AC or ventilation for 20 minutes!!! There were people boarding the plane as we waited in the hotbox and there was no obvious reason as to why they wouldn't open the doors. People began slowly panicking, one woman was hyperventilating because it was so hot and the air was suffocating. Suddenly doors opened and we boarded plane with no explanation. To make matters worse the AC did not appear to be working on the flight, it was quite warm and humid on the already uncomfortable Ryanair flight with non-reclining seats or free water. NEVER AGAIN!"
