The food was poor quality and the screens for entertainment didn’t work almost at all . Plane seemed pretty old

United lost my travel information and canceled my original flight. I had a seat assignment but was refused the booking. I had to prove that I went to Germany on United Very concerned about security that no one recorded my passport from Cleveland to NY and NY to Frankfurt I arrived at home at 12:30am on Saturday instead of 8pm I expect a full refund from United Please provide information to assure compensation

One one boarding scanner was working to scan 400+ passengers to an Airbus 380. Food in premium economy was mediocre.

Bad! Disaster!! The LH419 was cancelled after 4 hrs on board with no AC and no toilets

Hectic boarding process. I upgraded to business class which was no different than economy except for the food service. Totally not worth it.

The United flight was excellent! The flight attendants were attentive and nice, and the food was very good! And the glasses are larger than on Lufthansa flights! I don’t want to have to ask for 15 glasses of water because their glasses are ridiculously small!

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.

I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.
