Excellent service; they helped me reschedule so I can fly in an earlier flight

They didn’t have my special meal I requested. It seemed like they just put a sticker on a veg meal for me. I had a little bit of it but it didn’t taste good and I got sick from eating it by the time I boarded my Frankfurt to NY flight

Flight attendant was very rude helping me out. Food was discussing did not eat any of it.

I was not expecting to deplane on the tarmac. A shuttle took us to the airport. All communications were in English and German. Staff was very nice.

The pasta in the evening meal was tasteless. Otherwise, the flight was okay.

Hectic boarding process. I upgraded to business class which was no different than economy except for the food service. Totally not worth it.
