Pros: "The crew was polite and continuously offering drinks, headphones and food/snacks. Kept us comfortable and happy during the flight!"
Pros: "Both the flight crew and the flight attendants were great. It was the smoothest landing I have had it quite dome time"
Pros: "The crew were outstanding. They fulfil my needs when I need it and they were very polite and professional. Smooth boarding and flight."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Even though we flew through turbulances the crew was able to manage their tasks. Plus beautiful stewardess."
Pros: "The food was actually really great and the attendants were super responsive/friendly! Even in coach, the seats were comfortable."
Pros: "I enjoyed the 7 lay over. Took a train to the city (12 minutes ), walked around and shopped, ate and tracked back with the train . A nice stop over"
Pros: "The food and beverage service in Coach was great as usual ... The new 777 ER 300 was really a nice improvement over the aging Airbus planes previously flown Entertainment systems in coach were top notch with great entertainment choices to view ..."
Cons: "3 4 3 seating results in very narrow isles ... during the longer flights on the 777 the isle seated passengers lean into the isles making going to and from the restrooms in ( coach) a bit of an obstacle course"
Pros: "Crew was polite"
Cons: "Outdated aircraft. Too little seat space. Mediocre food. Mediocre entertainment. No device chargers.terrible policy of requiring passangers to buy seat reservations--beyond annoying."
Cons: "We were scheduled for a 55 minute layover in Zurich which was not nearly enough time. Our plane was 10 minutes late in landing but our next flight was delayed 5 minutes. We had to take a bus from the plane to the terminal, go through immigration with very long lines, take a tram to our departure terminal and then run to our gate which was at the end of a very long hallway. Luckily they held the plane but it was very stressful and exhausting getting to our plane."
Pros: "The plane condition."
Cons: "The flight attendants could have served some drinks in between the meals. They actually refused to serve something additionally when asked."
Pros: "Boarding was efficient and the crew were nice."
Cons: "the seating is horrible. it was the tightest seating I've ever experienced."
Cons: "A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great"
Pros: "KLM STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL"
Cons: "SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE"
Cons: "The KLM crew are always great serving and treating you. Well above many other airlines."
Pros: "Crew was pleasant but not attentive to detail. Bypassed is completely for snack and drink towards end of 9 hour flight!"
Cons: "Pay attention to passengers."
Pros: "Being fed was amazing and watching free TV was great!"
Cons: "I wish there were personal fans because it got uncomfortably hot sandwiched between people"
Pros: "The flight was smooth, the service was friendly, and the food with plentiful."
Cons: "Too much activity in the cabin during the flight."
Pros: "Nothing to mention"
Cons: "Crew was rude when I asked if there was a vegetarian option for the snack. I did request special meals for the trip. Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"
Pros: "Landing"
Cons: "I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

It was only an hour flight, but at that, it was still late

Pros: "Even though it was economy class, I was able to sleep because it was very comfortable."
Cons: "Not sure, I slept the whole flight."
Pros: "Nothing. It didn't happen."
Cons: "Flight to Frankfurt from Denver could have been on time so we would've made this flight to Prague."
Pros: "We had a Lufthansa pilot sitting with us on his was back to Frankfurt. He was definitely good company and taught us a lot about how the airline worked, his family's history working with airlines, and life stories. The flight definitely went fast thanks to Daniel!"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I was sick so couldn’t fly, spoke to customer care and they refused to let me change my flight"
Pros: "The crew was great. Very friendly and provided excellent services. I was surprised that they serve food (a cheese sandwich) and drinks for a 40 mins flight. That would have never happened in the US"
Cons: "We had to take a bus to get to the airplane from the terminal, which was no big deal. The bus driver was a little rough though."
Pros: "Tv screens, free beverages, frequent service"
Cons: "The single most cramped and uncomfortable flying experience of my life. The chair in front of me recliner lined to 4 inches in front of my nose. Couldn’t move legs or arms for 10 hours because it was so tightly packed. I couldn’t believe it was legal to fit that many people that closely together."
Pros: "Staff were excellent. Helped me with storing my insulin in the fridge."
Cons: "Departing the plane into steps to z bus carrying heavy bags with no help."
Pros: "Once again the crew was great and helped me find a place to stow my carry on since I was in the emergency row. The snack was also very tasty."
Cons: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."
Pros: "They were nice, rushed through beverages, but since it was a short flight that's understandable."
Cons: "The top cushion on the seats could be less bulky."
Pros: "The flight attendants worked hard to make the flight a good experience."
Pros: "Flight on-time."
Cons: "Food options are expensive, non-alcoholic beverages should be provided for free, and food options are really scarce. Add some entertainment or wifi."
Pros: "the seats were comfortable, boarding systematic and the crew were polite and helpful"
Pros: "Seat was fine ! I was very thirsty and no free water.."
Cons: "Free drink/ water !!!"
Pros: "US Customs and Immigration pre-clearance in Dublin allowed me to avoid filling out a landing card and dealing with long immigration lines at JFK. Very good selection of films and TV shows via on board entertainment system. Food decent."
Cons: "Selection of amenities at Dublin Airport in the US pre-clearance area is poor."
Pros: "Aer Lingus flight was great - comfortable seats, good entertainment options with movies an music and good food!"
Pros: "I made it on the plane because they decided to delay the fight for the ones of us that almost missed our flight so to the flight from Dublin being late."
Cons: "The Food!"
Pros: "Staff is very friendly. With the right backing, this could have been one of the best short hop airlines."
Cons: "Boarding is a mess. Make people stand in their groups and enforce these animals to board in an efficient manner. Every other major airline does it. Staff is TOO friendly because these customers rush the gate no matter what and the staff is fine with it."
Pros: "Airline was a little behind schedule but they made up for it enroute. Staff was courteous and professional. A good airline by all count!"
Cons: "Check in process is stupid and staff was very unhelpful."
Pros: "The "sales" gets a little old. Duty free, lotto tickets, food, drink...…."
Cons: "Rude gate agent and they played the blame game as to why they were late!"
Pros: "We had a very short flight from Dublin to Edinburgh and everything was good"
Pros: "on time quick boarding from both ends of the plane friendly staff"
Pros: "The price makes it very inviting to fly Ryanair. I misunderstood the need to electronically check in before I arrived at the airport but was helped, very courteously, by the ticket agent."
Cons: "Any food or beverage was for a fee. It was a short flight and midday so it wasn't a problem for me but under different circumstances it could be."
Cons: "Staff at the check-in desk was rude and condescending."
Pros: "Price"
Cons: "They didn't have record that I had paid for extra luggage for my party of 7. Luckily, I had my paperwork so I was able to finally get my luggage on without paying again. The flight bordered 40 minutes late and then sat on the runway for an hour. They was never an announcement as to why. My mother is in a wheelchair. They didn't let her pre-board, and then put her wheelchair through with the luggage. She had to get to the luggage carousel without it. They told her to just walk. Luckily, she can walk a little with help. Yikes, if she was totally disabled."
Pros: "The flight was A-okay, but the experience leading up to it was not."
Cons: "First of all, the website is laid out in such a way that it's easy to make unnessasarry additional purchases. We ended up purchasing seats at the very back of the plane. We were unable to print our boarding tickets prior to checking in at the airport and after waiting in line for help, were directed to self help computers that we had to pay-to-use. These were not working and after lining up for help several more times (to get change to pump into the computers etc...) and sending off a 'chat help request we finally left and got a different clerk. While this second clerk was telling us we'd have to pay for her help, someone else overheard our challenges and took over from the clerk, printed our boarding tickets at no further charge and got us on our way. While we certainly appreciate the service at the end, it should never have come to that."
Cons: "U have to print boarding pass 2 hours before I did t See this written anywhere . Also they close the gate 30 minutes before and it takes 30 minotes to get to the gate Very difficult process so fate was closed and I had to pay 60 eu for luggage which was never clear anywhere and I had to check-in 3 hours before you have to check in before u can print the boarding pass so I was looking for a boarding pass but could t get it since I didn't know I had to check In???????? Mo5hi g explained anywhere!"
