Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.

Food can be better. Taste and option, the pasta wasn't the greatest.

Just the stress of possible cancellations on flights from Air Canada, but all went as planned and everything was perfect! Thank you

Flight was cancelled last minute due to Air Canada strike leaving us stranded and having to stressfully find a way home that cost hundreds of dollars in excess cost added to the trip. Having just experienced our mother's funeral service, this was not a good way to end our trip.

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.

Plane was packed but flew on-time, and the comfort level was great! All planes are a bit cramped, but the in flight entertainment was superb, snacks were nice, and the crew was polite. Got into Calgary on schedule...all we could ask for

This was an excellent experience for a very short flight.

The plane in use lacked an entertainment system (perhaps because it was still being updated?). It was an overnight flight so it wasn't terrible but still. The actual seat was adequate but not great. As an economy flyer, food review is largely irrelevant. I am unhappy with this race to the bottom for services provided especially as it applies to baggage restrictions.

The plane seats were very uncomfortable, hardly any padding left and very narrow, Makes a long oversea flight very difficult. The food is served with minimal space so its hard to eat. They really need to have planes with more room for overseas!

Everything was made rather simple, so I appreciate that. All the people I dealt with from entering the airport in Jacksonville to my lonnnnnnng walk to my next gate in Chicago were excellent and very helpful.
