Plane was packed but flew on-time, and the comfort level was great! All planes are a bit cramped, but the in flight entertainment was superb, snacks were nice, and the crew was polite. Got into Calgary on schedule...all we could ask for
Late departing. Late arriving. More worried about limiting bags on board. Free beer and wine a nice surprise.
This was an excellent experience for a very short flight.
The plane in use lacked an entertainment system (perhaps because it was still being updated?). It was an overnight flight so it wasn't terrible but still. The actual seat was adequate but not great. As an economy flyer, food review is largely irrelevant. I am unhappy with this race to the bottom for services provided especially as it applies to baggage restrictions.
The plane seats were very uncomfortable, hardly any padding left and very narrow, Makes a long oversea flight very difficult. The food is served with minimal space so its hard to eat. They really need to have planes with more room for overseas!
Everything was made rather simple, so I appreciate that. All the people I dealt with from entering the airport in Jacksonville to my lonnnnnnng walk to my next gate in Chicago were excellent and very helpful.
Facilities and staff were great, but the company let us down. Just four hours into the flight, they ran out of ALL snacks. Perhaps this was the first time they ever did this run and had no idea afar might be needed? Or maybe they didn't know how many passengers would be abourd? Or did they just not care? (Oh, and the meals were very sub-par. One was so bad that I didn't finish it. )
on time quick service but food so so and seats very small. no leg room. I think passengers should not be bringing so large carry on suitcases and should have free check in. Then boarding and unloading would be faster
The company hand out head phones so one can watch the movie and other entertainment throughout the flight, after all the ticket is already high Other than that my flight was very good and the attendants was very professional.
