The flight was delayed because they closed several flight ways because of air shows, fire works, etc.

Left an hour and a half after the listed time. Up side was it had TV screens on the seat.
I've been flying American mostly, and it's been very frustrating. This united flight makes me realize maybe the issue isn't flying, but the airline. United was a significantly better experience. The plane was more comfortable, with a normal amount of leg room (vs the ridiculous reductions AA has made), more comfortable seats, screens to watch movies. It was a much better experience!
They delayed the flight from 9:00 to 11:55 At 11:45 they canceled the flight. I paid a premium price for the tickets with poor service
Both our flights were delayed. Almost didn’t get in the second flight. Staff was rude to the bone.
Flight left on time and we arrived 25 minutes early! There was a gate available when we arrived so early on a busy Sunday afternoon! Flight attendants came around twice with the drinks cart.
Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.
If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.
The service was some of the worst I have experienced on an international flight. The service was rude, the quality of the food was very low. The speed of service was insanely quick. You couldn’t finish your pretzels before the meal came before the coffee came before trash collection came. Then they never came back for 5 hours. They rushed everything so they could get it over with.
A special shout-out to one of the check-in staff at DUB yesterday noon. We had to use the "Closing Flights" counter and we met, hands down, the most efficient person - able to resolve several issues in the matter of minutes, while remaining polite and calming everyone down. Great job, Aer Lingus!

From Rome to Dublin if you want any refreshments you have to pay for them, Not used to this as we typically get soft drinks and a little snack on a 3hour flight in the US.
Boarding was fine, difficult to understand the guy over the speaker though so we were unsure when exactly to board until they updated the monitor by the gate. Flight itself was fine, nice flight attendants, seats were comfortable enough, good selection of entertainment on the screens. Other airlines at a similar price point have included wifi though, at a minimum messaging, for free, so that was a little disappointing to not have that. But otherwise fine. Food was pretty decent, nice hot meal, good drink selection, nice snacks. Bathrooms were ok, could've been cleaned a little more often, but they were never bad.
Vegetarian food option was very poor. Effectively, overcooked rice ("risotto"). Zero protein which is always disappointing with no vegetables and poorly seasoned. Basically had lots of carbs on 6-hour flight. Not acceptable for business class in 2026. Flight was otherwise very good.
Small plane. Tight seating . What can one say except that it was fast!
I sat in the first row behind first class. There was plenty of legroom. The entertainment was great. I saw two excellent movies and one episode of a sitcom. Also enjoyed the flight tracker.
One of the best flight experiences I've have had in along time. Would fly with them again.
There was a mixup with our tickets. They said they did not receive payment for them but yet we had seat assignments. We had to purchase last-minute tickets which cost us three times as much. that’s why they got a rated of a one.
We were treated politely and the crew was nice. Again no one knew why there was a delay. Food was hot and a lot was offered but bad in taste. Seats weren’t the worst but for a long flight your legs ache from it. Entertainment was old not very interactive
Horrible experience, delays after delays. A flight that should arrive 11:50pm just landed past 1 am, and another 30min waiting for the baggage to come out. Very disappointing.
I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The entertainment options were plentiful, the food was appetizing, the snacks were tasty, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful.
The flight was delayed significantly. Communication during the flight was abrupt and caused some panic as we were navigating turbulence. It was also too loud and every announcement felt startling. The flight attendants did not offer any assurances and I felt unsettled most of the flight. The seats, floor and tray table was very dirty. The seat next to me was broken and the passenger sitting there was very uncomfortable. He had a spring in his back and his seat made terrible squeaking noises through the flight.
My experience with American Airlines was great. Unfortunately my stroller was not located and has not been given to me and or reached out in return for in regard to information.
This was my first flight on Aer Lingus and it was great. The plane wasn't full so I could move to a seat with extra room. The food was pretty good for airline food and the staff was nice and attentive. I enjoyed the media provided during my 10 hour flight. We arrived home early and it's always good to be home!
WiFi didn’t work for me. as headphones didn’t work either.
Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!
entertainment choice was excellent for both movies and audio. Food was quite good. Staff was excellent and flight was on time and smooth.
The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Excellent except WiFi is a Must on Biz class 10 hour flight ! Didn’t work entire flight. SW doesn’t do that.
Plane delayed due to weather. Plane boarded, then told to unboard due to a maintenance issue.
Was all good.l including a sofdrink. AA improved significantly. There was no entertainment.
Horrible almost missed my flight because my 1st flight was delayed. Airline crew is so unprofessional. The people on the plane do whatever they want kids running screaming. Will never fly this airline again Suitcases never arrived

Boarding was not well coordinated. I asked twice at the Level check-in area about the MIA flight. At no point did they say the check-in would be at another counter. Fortunately, another passenger was equally confused and got the REAL story from the airport’s info center. Further, my minor child was tagged “SSSS” on their boarding pass. Level should have notified TSA about him being a minor. Instead, the entire family went through the SSSS process, not just our son. When his name was called out at the gate, it was announced in Spanish. No English announcement was made. The food on board was bearable. The crew was adequate, despite not being Level/Iberia crew (Level contracted out our flight to “World2Fly Airlines” - a company I have never heard of!). The onboard entertainment was very limited. They did not even offer a flight tracker option. Nor were music selections offered. Like TAP and Aer Lingus, I will think twice before booking Level ever again.

How to get an aisle seat without paying extra? The young lady next to me was assigned the seat.
We loved our flight attendant (Emma, from Scotland), the meals were perfectly spaced out, and the in-flight entertainment was super generous and delightful.
Why don't they board from the back of the plane to the front. We have to move by all the people and their luggage to get to the seats.
The boarding call announcements versus the Staff announcements versus the digital signage board on the out-going and returning flights WERE NOT IN SYNC. I was sent through check and re-checks 3 times. WHY?
With three empty seats across the aisle from me I politely asked the crew if I could sit in one of those seats. They initially told me I couldn't do it for my safety. When I pressed them again they blamed the captain. So which was it? I didn't appreciate either nonsense explanation simply because they didn't want to honor my request.
Great room between the seats, food was excellent, very comfortable overall and could have stayed on the plane even longer
Flight was great (only a short hop from London to Dublin). Wi-Fi available on board(around 2 euros), power sockets, complimentary water and biscuit. Landin/ takeoff all went without a flaw.

The issue wasn’t necessarily with British Airlines but was a reaction to their delayed flight from Miami to London on Aug 18. Due to the delay out of Miami, we missed our BA flight with Aer Linguis on the 19th from London to Cork, Ireland. The attendant in London was helpful and rebooked us for a flight later that same day ($120). However, she failed to mention that as a result of the missed flight, our returning flight was also cancelled and the rebooking cost was $451. Disappointed at the lack of communication between airlines and between the agent and the customer.
