Pros: "They were nice, rushed through beverages, but since it was a short flight that's understandable."
Cons: "The top cushion on the seats could be less bulky."
Pros: "The flight attendants worked hard to make the flight a good experience."
Pros: "the seats were comfortable, boarding systematic and the crew were polite and helpful"
Pros: "Seat was fine ! I was very thirsty and no free water.."
Cons: "Free drink/ water !!!"
Pros: "US Customs and Immigration pre-clearance in Dublin allowed me to avoid filling out a landing card and dealing with long immigration lines at JFK. Very good selection of films and TV shows via on board entertainment system. Food decent."
Cons: "Selection of amenities at Dublin Airport in the US pre-clearance area is poor."
Pros: "Aer Lingus flight was great - comfortable seats, good entertainment options with movies an music and good food!"
Pros: "I made it on the plane because they decided to delay the fight for the ones of us that almost missed our flight so to the flight from Dublin being late."
Cons: "The Food!"
Pros: "Staff is very friendly. With the right backing, this could have been one of the best short hop airlines."
Cons: "Boarding is a mess. Make people stand in their groups and enforce these animals to board in an efficient manner. Every other major airline does it. Staff is TOO friendly because these customers rush the gate no matter what and the staff is fine with it."
Cons: "You can not bring a hot drink on board, but they give you hot drinks on board it doesn't make sense.. The seats are very small on a 9 hrs flight, the arm rest should go up for some space when available..There should be at least a vegetarian option for people who don't eat meat.."
Pros: "Timeliness of flight and service on board."
Cons: "We upgraded 7 travelers for priority boarding. However as we got through check in, 2 of us were told we had to check our carry on. Mind you our carry on was the same size (exact same suitcase) as 2 others in our party who did not have to check in their bags? "Priority Boarding is now only €4.99. Be the first on board to store your cabin bag and relax in your seat before take-off." I believe I am entitled to a refund based on the info on above taken directly from the Aer Lingus website."

I didn't expect food on this flight but they give us breakfast, they also check in our hand baggage for free

Pros: "The crew was extremely kind and selection of food/drinks was excellent."
Pros: "Not much. There was one flight attendant that seemed pleasant but I wouldn’t know for sure since the attendants ignored all passengers except for those who had preordered their meals."
Cons: "It was extremely frustrating that there was no kiosk available when checking in. I did not have a bag to check, yet I waited on a ridiculously long line to check in for my flight. The people working the desk at the gate were slow and unpleasant. Service on plane was terrible."
Pros: "One crew guy was really nice. I had bruised my leg and he gave me ice and checked in on me."
Cons: "Vueling/Iberia lost my luggage."
Pros: "Fine flight once we were in the air."
Cons: "There were NO SIGNS saying it was a level flight, not Iberia. No one at Iberia check in desk etc. We eventually figured it out after a while. In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I checked in online and paid for a checked piece of baggage, never received the boarding pass, so when I arrived to the airport to drop off the luggage and wait for boarding, the machines didn't recognize my ticket locator and I had to stand in line for almost 2 hours (missed my flight)…"
Cons: "They had problem with plane and had to change it. Then we havd the proper allowed carry on and they had no space.... short thrip of a little over an hour but the getting to leave was the worse...."
Cons: "Crew was friendly to some people and completely ignored others, or at least me. Not sure if they knew Passenger status or what."
Pros: "Entertainment was ok, had holl rodarte options and good variety"
Cons: "Seats are hard, no leg space, no elbow space, the upright is 90degrees. The crew is not helpful, to the point and act like they are doing you a favor by being there. In one instance the attendant told a passenger "you can move your bag, or I will move it for you." To another passenger, without prev"
Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "It should have departed on time. It departed 50 minutes later than the original time."
Pros: "The seats are comfortable.nice leg room."
Cons: "Boarding on every airplane company seems off. Sitting in seat 6D and I’m in the second to last boarding group. That cheese on the burger pricing for getting on before others is getting old. Be better."
Pros: "legroom in business is good, food was ok. only one round of drinks was offered."
Cons: "no lounge access in dublin for TAP Business Passengers. Handling of the delay was not well managed."
Cons: "flight was delayed by 3 hours; very rude and indifferent ground staff, almost impossible to rebook; no information/help was provided; barely made our next flight"
Cons: "Super uncomfortable seats (the most ever) No personal tv/entertainment."
Pros: "The crew was very friendly and responsive and the flight left right on time."
Cons: "The food was not good and there was very little in way of tv entertainment."
Pros: "Service and the price!"
Cons: "Lots of things but I’m sure TAP it’s working on this!"
Cons: "They boarded the plane from both the back and the front at the same time with no direction as to which rows should go where. BIG cluster in the middle of the plane!!"
Pros: "The crew was good. The plane was clean. The snacks provided were good."
Cons: "The flight was delayed so that could improve. There were no entertainment options. It was a short flight but at least they should have a audio channel or something."
Pros: "The flight crew was great. The boarding crew and gate staff where rude."
Cons: "Flight was delayed by 2 hours. Long day. Did not inform you of what was going on. Changed gated not very clear."
Cons: "The plane was delayed 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, ended up leaving over an hour late"
Cons: "Baggage Claim in Barcelona. Waited 45 minutes before baggage arrived, that combined with flight being 30 minutes late made running to catch a connecting flight which was in a different terminal requiring a shuttle bus ride to get there."
Pros: "Food and entertainment were ok but crew was rude and lazy and we had multiple delays. I was told to get in line for boarding and then stood there another hour. It was very poorly disorganized and did not come into contact with one nice crew member"
Cons: "Could of been on time. I missed my connection and it cost me 1000’s. Worst airline ever."
Pros: "It was a very efficient flight. On time"
Cons: "It was raining when we boarded the plane and some people were stuck outside for a little bit."
Pros: "Key to long haul flight is keeping everyone happy without forcing them to sleep. On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby."
Cons: "They didn't have place to put garbage on the airplane, we tried to stuff it in the bathroom once, we just left the rest in the empty seat next to us. Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next."
Pros: "Efficient boarding and departure. Clean aircraft."
Cons: "Seats are too close together. This is the first time my knees the seat ahead of me."
Pros: "Randomly given exit row seating."
Cons: "First at the airport they tell us we have to check our carry ons when we had already flown three flights with them with those same bags as carry ons, then they criticize us for having heavy bags, which they never would have known if we had been allowed to carry them on. Their back up reason for needing to check bags was the flight was overbooked and there would be no room for bags, both of which were false as I personally counted at least 15 seats open and there were at least 6-7 completely empty overhead bins. Finally, it is Kayak that notifies me that my flight is delayed 90 minutes, but yet the airline decides it is a good idea to have us board and then just sit on the plane before finally telling us after 30 minutes of sitting on the plane with the flight door still open that we are delayed another hour. I would not fly them again."
Pros: "Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and decent legroom in the cabin."
Cons: "Slight delay on departure but not really an issue. Bit of a long wait for baggage in Barcelona on arrival but don’t think it’s Vuelings fault."
Pros: "I like the landing by the pilot from Beirut to Barcelona. I also appreciated the one flight attendant that helped me and my family."
Cons: "They didn’t let me gate check any carryons. They made me pull out all my stuff to reallocate the weight in my carryons before letting me go with all of them. Why? Is the weight issue an over head storage weight limit issue or a fuel issue? Either way they eventually let me go. Ridiculous. They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 hours was unable to catch my connecting flight in London to Barcelona. Had to buy another flight ticket in London, wait another day, pay for a night a hotel to get to my destination in Barcelona. I was supposed to arrive in Barcelona on Saturday April 1st and did not get there until 2 the following day. Will not use this service again."
Pros: "Perfect!"
Cons: "You should fly according to the schedule although you arrived at Barcelona on faster, but I think you should fly base on the time at the ticket. Thank you."
Cons: "Check in process is stupid and staff was very unhelpful."
Pros: "Fast and efficient"
Cons: "Check in is a nightmare, questions are crazy even though you have paid extra for priority and 10kg carry on still had to check it in under the plane"
Cons: "1. The flight was late, better time management 2. Seats are very flat and uncomfortable"
Pros: "Reasonably priced. Check in was quick and easy. Boarding was easy"
Cons: "Seats are very cramped and uncomfortable. I’m 179cm and it’s a tight enough squeeze for in the seats."
Cons: "Rude gate agent and they played the blame game as to why they were late!"
Cons: "Very long wait for baggage pick up Overall it was adequate and safe"
Pros: "the pilot didn't care about landing, it was the worst landing ever"
Cons: "the pilot didn't care about landing, it was the worst landing ever"
Pros: "on time quick boarding from both ends of the plane friendly staff"
Cons: "They don't tell you there isn't a bus or transportation to the airport, when I got to where they said to go there was no bus, either go back to Paris and take a bus so I just flew with someone else... not impressed."
