Pros: One of the staff in the terminal was friendly and showed us how to weigh our bags and collect the bag tag.

Cons: Forced to check in online or face a charge. Paid €45 Euros per bag to check in. For Americans traveling between outside countries, Ryan Air has a small area on the boarding pass regarding the "attaining of a visa stamp on the boarding pass, in the baggage drop-off area, prior to boarding the flight." The rest of the boarding pass has other nonsense in larger and highlighted texts, but something as important as obtaining a visa stamp was small and obscure. The gate attendant made a stink about us not having it stamped and was trying to prevent us from boarding because of it. Our response was that no one, at any point, stated we needed a visa stamp on the boarding pass when we checked our luggage in the baggage drop-off area. I've traveled between countries before and have never experienced something like this. Additionally, Ryan Air knew we were Americans since we had to provide our passport numbers abe the country that issued them when we checked in online. You would think that they would have their systems flag Americans so that their employees know to say "hey, I see you're an American. FYI, you need to her a visa stamp on your boarding pass at the baggage drop-off area prior to boarding." Will never use Ryan Air again in my life, regardless of the supposed savings (cause in reality, there are OTHER & BETTER airlines to choose from; don't give crooks business and better to give it to their competitors).

Cons: When we got to the airport, the gate info wasn’t on the screen. We found a seat and waited until the time it said the info would be available. Cons: When I landed in Barcelona, the crew did not give me instructions on my transfer to my connecting AA flight. I had no idea I would go through immigration, end up outside the airport and then take a shuttle to an offsite terminal 20 minutes away to go through security and passport checks again. After walking in circles around the terminal and getting bits of information from Barcelona airport employees I figured it out. I can't imagine how a non-Spanish speaker would have found his/her way.

Cons: Our son's luggage did not make it to Barcelona with us. We arrived on Sunday. He was called Monday that a delivery service would bring to him that evening, but they did not show up. They were to come Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning and never showed up. He finally had to take a $35.00 cab to airport to get the luggage. NOT a good experience. The Aer Lingus support number just rang and rang, no one picked up for days! My daughter tried the main Aer Lingus connection but they referred us back to the same phone number. NOT good customer service.

Pros: Food was surprisingly good, crew were nice. Seats are way to tight...rididulous, like a cattle car.

Cons: I was travelling with an injured ankle, had paid for a one way trip last minute because of a BA screw up on my RT ticket, and asked that I be given two seats if possible so I could put my foot up. I was moved to an aisle rather than center, but no empty seat, event though there was one in front, behind my row, and several rows back. Could have easily accommodated my request. My original ticket was MIA/LON/DUB...travelling for funeral, and changed leg from LON/DUB to LON/SNN to travel with my sister...paid extra for the ticket, told them I would not be using my LON/DUB leg. Was told no problem. When I went to re-confirm adn do nline check in on the 24th, my ticket had been marked trip completed...there was not return leg DUB/BARCELONA/MIA...just vanished. Paid 900Euros. Seems there should be a refund coming my way for the unused portion of my ticket. I would like to be contacted by customer service. 954.662.9537

The person on the phone said I had to talk to ticket agent to go standby on a flight to Munich and the ticket agent told me I had to call. I was caught in a loop and no one helped. Then when it became apparent I wasn't getting out that night I was informed that there were no hotel vouchers and I would have to find my own hotel! Cons: I was asked to check my carry-on. I have used this carry-on more than 50x without an issue. I have even put it in the smaller compartments on smaller Bombardier jets. I don't have an issue with being asked to check luggage, but I resent being asked when others are allowed to take their carry-on onto to the plane without issue. Right in front of me while I was waiting for a baggage tag, others were being checked in with carry-on equal to mine and allowed to take it onto the plane. I can only surmise that my ticket limited me to one bag onto the plane, although they would not tell me this. This was not clear when I booked the ticket nor when I checked in on-line. I had a 40 minute connection in Zurich so was very concerned that my luggage would not make it. Luckily, it did make it to my next stop. Swiss Air seems to have different restrictions than other airlines which I have encountered before. I take ownership that I should be aware of a tickets restrictions but this was a multi-leg trip (5). However, I will tend to avoid Swiss air in the future, to avoid having to research their unique restrictions.

Pros: The crew was great and the food was pretty good. The crew did a great job of keeping the lavatories clean and stocked. It was a 10.5 hr flight and they gave us one meal, a snack and a treat. Not a lot but since we were just sitting it was enough food. We had to stop for a meal on the way home from the airport.

Cons: The seats in the economy cabin are cramped together. If the person in front of your leans back you are almost trapped in your seat. There is little leg room and the cushioning is not enough for a long distance flight. There is no boarding control. People just line up and get on the plane in any order.

Cons: Flight was delayed which meant I missed the event I was travelling for. No help from airline or any expression of sympathy for the situation, very awkward to deal with and no flexibility, no offer of refund or change of flight as no other was available with the airline, wouldn't book again

Pros: Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff on board

Cons: The delayed boarding of the flight due to the delayed arrival of our aircraft into Dublin. The 15 Minutes of silence and not knowing what was going on, or whether we were or weren’t going to eventually be landing in Barcelona or diverted elsewhere, after the aircraft had suddenly climbed very steeply away from Barcelona as we were almost about to land on the first approach to BCN.

Pros: Staff is very friendly. With the right backing, this could have been one of the best short hop airlines.

Cons: Boarding is a mess. Make people stand in their groups and enforce these animals to board in an efficient manner. Every other major airline does it. Staff is TOO friendly because these customers rush the gate no matter what and the staff is fine with it.

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in EUR.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
