All in all the flight was good. Love the fact that for airline food it was piping hot

I commend the flight attendants on our SFO-SIN flight who went above and beyond to provide us with extra snacks and food. This type of service makes the flight experience personal and awesome.

In general good, but the machine seems to be long in operation and some functions were restricted as e. g. Adjusting of seats.

Guard personal property such as expensive sunglasses Coffee always awful and cold Meal trays toddler sized Not worth the extra cost to fly SQ - use a budget airline, same if not better experience

Wonderful service, planes and interior in great condition, very pleasant experience

They were able to assist my elderly father and myself after not being able to check in to scoot. The counter service was phenomenal. They did what they could to get us on the next plane so we could catch our Connecting flight. Scoot closed early on us so we ended up missing our flight.

Transfer within the same terminal and lots of facilities at the airport.

Very bad plain although I paid A business class ticket I was stuck in a stiff fixed seat without any entertainment or Wi Fi for 5 hours I will never ever book a flight on British airline.

I've done hundreds of flights in my life, and this flight was one of the best I've ever taken, From beginning to end, everything went smoothly, professionally, and with a smile and friendly attitude from all employees I interacted with. The food was delicious (and free), as were the drinks. There was just a genial and effective way in the way that British Airways organized the flight -that reminded of days in the 70's, 80's, and 90's, when flying was a fun, and exciting adventure. I enjoyed and had confidence in the abilities of the flight crew, I'll be flying British Airways several more times this summer. Thank you so much for the great experience! Cheryl Olso

Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.

Great and pleasant service and smooth flight with wonderful and clean amenities.

Staff , Comfort and Food were excellent. My individual lamp did not work so I could not read, neither my novel nor the menu.

Due to air traffic control, although we boarded the aircraft early, take off was delayed for nearly 50 minutes. This meant we arrived in Lyon late … and the baggage took over 30 minutes to be offloaded … not the best experience.

You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.

The behaviour of Cabin Crew was really bad and they didn't serve food in my 10hrs flight even though I booked my flight food . They didn't treated me well. Seriously inhumane people. Moreover, they have made fun of my religious belief as I was carrying lord Krishna idol with me which is highly unacceptable. Our connecting flight got delayed and for providing the information regarding next flight and other immigration there was no guidance provided at the airport. I am really disappointed with the airlines as they have hurt my self respect as well my religious sentiments during my whole flight.
