Cons: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Cons: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Pros: "Flight unpleasant. Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Pros: "I was pleased with the RyanAir staff at the Dublin airport and on the flight. Easy booking process and many options to help make traveling a bit easier"
Cons: "I have an American passport and did not realize I needed to get a visa stamp before boarding the plane. While I do realize now that it is mentioned on my boarding pass, there was no other mention of it along the way from arriving at the airport, checking my bag (I used self check), going throigh security, or anywhere else in the RyanAir terminal. Perhaps this could be made more clear for travelers who have never experienced this before."

Cons: "They managed to mangle the queuing in the terminal, getting everybody on theit feet and I need the queue 20 minutes before boarding started and then have us standing in a queue on the stairs for ten minutes. The flight was delayed an hour or so, and pass Nebraska then asked to take their seats quickly as if they had caused the delay. The crew were tired but polite. Standard Ryanair fight, really, run for the airline’s convenience rather than the passengers’ comfort."

Cons: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark,cold,wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."
Cons: "Overcharged for everything. If you need to check a bag or want to sit next to the person you are traveling with, then you are charged fees. The checked bag fee was almost $50. On board, nothing is offered and they try to sell you perfume and other extras. Overall, the boarding was a mess, the staff were not very friendly, and it was not a great experience."

Pros: "The crew were very friendly and very helpful with my sister struggling with her baggage due to her breaking her arm a few weeks ago. The crew on the ground at Shannon and on-board the flight could not do any more for us."
Cons: "The seating arrangements whereby we had to pay extra to sit together despite us booking the three tickets all at the same time. Ryanair are over-charging their customers with these hidden charges which are only declared at the check-in stage"

Cons: "Their website is difficult to navigate, if you are overseas and do not have access to a printer, they will charge 15 Euros to print your boarding pass at the airport. The seats cannot be reclined. It is not inexpensive, as they will make you believe, a charge of 40 euros per checked baggage.... you are better off taking a regular airline, sometimes."

Cons: "Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great."
Cons: "An obnoxious hen party disrupted our enjoyment of the flight. Cabin crew didn't try to control them"
Cons: "Generally, the experience was horrible. Poor service at the terminal, with unfriendly staff, no proper instruction about what to expect in terms of all the hidden fees for bags and other items, and an unorganized boarding process. The plane itself was clean, but very cramped, and the process of forcing random seating is just totally meaningless. The flight is already so overbooked that there is no chance any seats would be left unfilled, yet you split up couples, families and friends by forcing them to pay for assigned seats. Very poor customer service. There are many who say the money saved is not worth the hassle if you are not flying alone, and I agree with that. The one good thing I can say is that there were no problems with the baggage handling, but again, this is to be expected, not applauded. Poor quality service, Ryanair, as evident by the fact that your own employees were voicing their complaints to several passengers about the company. This should really be improved, but given that they are not under any significant competition, and people need a way to get to the islands, it is unlikely this will happen. I hope that my negative review, as many others, will force the management to make necessary changes to improve the service provided."

Cons: "*Extreme delay: - Our flight was supposed to take off at 5:35pm but was delayed to 12:10am due to technical issues. - There was a plane in RAK that could've have been used, but Ryan Air decided to use it for the flight to Paris instead despite the fact our flight was earlier. *Terrible customer service: - No one answered the phone, and we could only chat with them online. - We had a connecting flight out of MAD to JFK which we were nervous about missing, and was hoping customer service could help us with an alternative options to get to MAD. - Instead, the only answer they could give me was to take the RAK > MAD flight 2 days later and that was our only option. They did not seem to listen and understand our issue. *Poor and inconsistent communication: - RA sent out emails saying check-in would close 1 hour before our flight, but when we arrived at the airport, the screens displayed check-in to close 40min before scheduled departure. - After the delay, emails were sent to call customer service, but when you dialed the number they provided, you get a message saying their offices were closed."

Cons: "I tried to check in on line but because of their website was unable to. So we were charged 45 euro each for a boarding pass. That is unacceptable. I would not recommend this airline."

Cons: "Both flights were late. Once I got on the plane there was nothing but announcements for two hours, all of which were them selling things. Flight attendant was rude when I asked to buy a Coca Cola and proceeded to give me a Pepsi and rolled her eyes and looked at me and said that both are the same."

Cons: "I flew from Cork Ireland to PMI and unfortunately a large group of young adults boarded as well. They were drunk, obnoxious, adding around a bottle of alcohol singing loud songs over the announcements. The crew did not control them properly and even had to call the police upon landing. Poorly handled situation that made the rest of the passengers suffer through the appalling behavior."

Cons: "The checkin was very slow. The front desk guy did not marked the boarding pass correctly (for visa check) and i had to come back and get that done from the departure entrance. The seats were uncomfortable as they had no push back at all. For the price of flight it wasnt a value."

Cons: "Outward journey. We didn't get our food and drink until we were nearly landing. Homeward. Crew we moaning about the stag parties but it didn't stop them selling them alcohol. ( Are they on commission?)"
