Food was terrible. Alcohol was paid other than beer. Unless you are a baby…who would drink milk? Boarding was 35 mins away and they would not allow me to use fast lane as fast lane was 30 min or shorter. Normal security check was 45 mins. Crazy rules!!! Also just cleared Indias security check and never went out…so why???? Aeroplanes are also old and bad….nothing good to say with my 30 hour flying
boarding in mumbai was a mess.. It felt like 80% of the flight boarded in the pre boarding section which was meant only for people with special needs and with children. The staff who were checking their documents just did not care if they were supposed to be in this line or not. Lets hope they improve on this

Everything was great as expected and recommended by my uncle who travels with your respected company at least twice a month till I got to Frankfort airport to take flight# 0582 from Frankfort to Cairo. I was stopped while heading to the plan by the flight manager as he called himself later, and told me that I have to only have one item on the plan, I already had one carry on and my hand bag that has my laptop and the charger, I told him that I was told by Lufthansa customer service the night before traveling to confirm the luggage weight and size that I’m allowed one carry on plus personal item like a hand bag or lap top bag and they have to meet specific dimensions. I even offered to call the customer service number for verification, he replied ‘’I don’t care, I’m the flight manager and you will do what I say’’. His words were really hurting, I showed him the tag on my carry on that I got from the previous flight it said (approved carry on) don’t remember exactly what it said, he reached to my carry on and tare that tag, I didn’t think that was appropriate even if the tag had no value he doesn’t have any right to touch my luggage without my approval, then he tried to grab my ticket from my hand saying I will get you off the flight, I got really upset and told him don’t touch my belongs. There was a moment of silence because I think I raised my voice (my apology to him and to the company for that), I realized that the conversation is not going any where so I decided to file a complaint (not because he wanted to me to only have one item but mostly because of his attitude) so I asked him for his employment ID number he walked away without saying anything, waited till he walked close enough that I can ask him again this time he refused to give me his employment ID number, asked him for his name he said it so softly, I asked him to spell because I didn’t hear it right he said it so softly he refused, then I had to look for his badge and the name on the badge I believe his first name started with P and last name started with T. I waited a few days till I got to talk to my uncle and told him what happened as he is the one who recommended Lufthansa and he has a lot of experience with your services he said that they might need to do that because the flight was complete and they want to offer luggage place for everybody, but what I surprising is there was many empty seats on the plan my seat was 032C and the 2 seats beside me (032A and 032B) were empty also there was a lot of carry-ons room everywhere. I was given specific timeframes to call the Shannon Airport Aer Lingus luggage desk, which I followed. Had to leave a message every time, and not once was it returned. The only communication I did get was calling the Shannon Airport directly and working with their employees. I could tell they were frustrated with me, which is completely understandable, because they weren't the appropriate people to communicate with. I was just very disappointed in the customer service."

Even though I only counted fewer than 20 passengers for over 100 seats, upon boarding, three solo passengers were assigned to sit in adjacent seats, with me in the row directly in front of them and another passenger in the row directly behind them. There was no precaution to space out passengers whatsoever. I had tried to choose my seating during check in but the online app was difficult to understand what seats were actually open or taken. Once I boarded it was clear the online information was incorrect. With so few passengers, the gate crew could easily have taken the time to review seating and re-seated customers for improved health and safety. This was my first time flying during COVID and I had thought airlines were doing more to instill trust in customers to keep customers flying but I will not be flying again until COVID is over as I did not see precautions keeping customers safe."

Cons: "Delays are never fun and unfortunately our flight was delayed, but more importantly the pre-boarding staff and crew were rediculously rude. They yelled at one lady bc she didn't speak English. They were stressed I am sure with delays and working the gate that has like 5 flights leaving at once, but they could be a bit better at their job by being polite to us the customers! They were so frazzled bc of what was going on that they acted like it was our fault, which of course it isn't! Additionally, our flight was overbooked by 6 people! And had standby of 4 and the staff kept announcing they were going to kick 6 people off and we wouldn't know until we were boarding and it was going to be by whoever paid the lowest price per ticket which btw is not the policy. The United policy says that it goes by class of ticket, which probably goes hand in hand, but hey really need to get thier staff on board with the policies. It makes you feel pretty crappy sitting there waiting to see if just bc you bought your ticket on a Tuesday at a good rate that you are not going to make it home to see your family! And the people making the announcements could be a bit more chipper also, we the customers didn't overbook the flight and we surely do not want to miss said flight so don't announce over PA system in threatening way bc United is trying to make more money by overbooking flights! This might never be read, but I hope that kayak can pass along this information to the Dullus United team to try and make the flights more enjoyable in the future"

I received a booking confirmation, but never received a confirmation ID that would have allowed me to check in on the flight. I would appreciate if Kayak would have a response to this?"

Some error occurred and I received the same flight booking # for all 3 the flights. I discovered this when trying to retrieve my boarding pass for the second flight. Neither company fixed the problem and I could not board the flight. I ended up having to rent a car and drive to Porto (6 hours away). Neither company have anyone that can assist with these issues on the weekend. The worst experience I could have had on my birthday vacation."
Cons: "We attempted to cancel our reservations more than a week before our trip because my husband was hospitalized. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery."

Cons: "Ryanair boarded the plane only for us to be stuck inside a dirty stinky tunnel with no plane at the end of it. Crying children, moaning kids, no air conditioning, for about 1.5 hours. Ryanair as a company KNEW they'd be delayed, yet they board us into a disgusting tunnel to sit on the floor with no toilets no water nothing. We then board but at this point I was deathly ill and Ryanair didn't take care of us at all with any free refreshments like they should have for being late. Disgusting service. Won't be flying with them ever again this happens way too often."

One joke about the sun versus the rain might have been acceptable but to raise it again ad again just became irritating and an abuse of the PA system. He shouted Halleluja amongst other things when trying to get money out of people for the Ryanair charity. If he wants to be a professional comedian he should change his profession as he was just annoying people and he stopped the flight from being relaxing,"
