Cons: "We had a 80 minute layover in Frankfurt. Turkish Airlines should make note that this is not sufficient for making a connection. 1. The terminals require extensive walking. Not a problem except for time. 2. Security entering the terminal was seriously understaffed. There were a hundred security personnel, but thousands of passengers. The line stretched for half a mile. 3. Cutting, disorganization, mismanagement, lack of organization, and airport layout all contributed to making this a very stressful hour for us."

Cons: "- Media devices is obsolete with bad barely working touch screens, plus my screen holder was broken - not adjustable. - Old style two-pin audio connectors (making hard to connect your own headphones), it's good that I had an adapter. Though port was malfunctioning anyway and I had to readjust it once in a while or I could not hear anything. - Censored movies, with such censorship it is practically pointless to watch some movies. - Leg room is far from generous (economy class)."

You should just do it because at the end of a long flight your legs will fall off anyhow. They will be rotten and full of ganggreene from no blood flow."

After being delayed for two hours out of Rome to Istanbul and missing our connection to Jeddah with hundreds of other stranded passengers from the other flights, Turkish Airlines incompetent handling had us wait in multiple ques for more than five hours only to provide us a hotel for two hours and then shuttle back to a flight 12 hours later! I have yet to hear an explanation from anyone about what happened or a simple sorry for your trouble. This is operational incompetence at full display. Never Again!"

They refused to check the bag and caused me to miss the flight, and offered to rebook me for over $2000. Shady. Most unhelpful agents. That was a first for me and I thought it was interesting to view the monitor from time to time."

I was supposed to fly on May 18,2017 with Turkish Airlines and my flight was rescheduled for May 19 without prior notice,call or a text message.I was driving to Miami on the 18 th just to find out my dilghtbwas cancelled.No one have me an option or asked me to reschedule.I had to fly on the 18 May and I picked this day for a reason.No one from Turkish airlines was present at the airport on the 18 May."

The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class."

We were a party of 8 w/ 2 people in wheelchairs. They would not allow us all on & said only one could accompany them both. They were also very rude and unorganized."

Cons: "Our original flight included a connection that overlapped and needed to be changed. I brought this to the attention of Kayak/Aeromexico and the flight appeared to changed for our entire party of six. When we arrived to depart from Akron-Canton there were MAJOR issues with Delta acknowledging the change on their end. We waited at check-in for an hour and half before this was resolved. This also happened when we left Cancun and almost missed our flight. Our daughter also had to put on stand-by in Atlanta due to this fiasco. We spent another two hours working with Delta customer service trying to get her a seat on our flight back to Akron-Canton. Had we not been to Cancun airport extra early AND had our flight delayed in Atlanta we would have missed both flights. This was without a doubt the worse experience we have ever had!! It should have been caught and resolved before I ever had to get involved. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service offered for the tickets we purchased. This was extremely stressful for my wife and kids and tarnished our vacation. This was totally and completely avoidable!!! You can and should do better to service your customers!!"

No turning back Our seat assignments had us separated on some segments and also at window and middle seats. On all flights we were bumped up to comfort seats with an empty seat next to us for his cast and the final flight home put in an earlier flight home to avoid a six hour layover! Delta really went over and beyond expected."

Cons: "My one complaint is the bathroom layout of the A320. Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Pros: "We were on a 9 hour flight which is pretty exhausting on its own. However, Air France provided you with a pillow and blanket, as well as headphones, so that you can make the best of the long trip."
Cons: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."

AF without our knowledge downgraded one member, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. They offered no compensation, no apology, and CDG ground crew was terribly rude. Cons: "Sitting in the middle two seats in the center of the 777 left me stuck for most of the flight. Got up only once. Wife's feet and ankles were swollen by the end of the flight. Not enough legroom to move much during the flight and not enough aisle space to get around with the plane so full. Have made flights twice as long on the 747 and were able to get up and walk."
Pros: "I had a choice of movies, games and music that was very appealing. My concerns about not receiving the correct meal was handled professionally and promptly during the flight. I was surprised they couldn't discover I only ordered it for the second leg of my flight."
Cons: "Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."

When I checked in, my roller-bag suitcase carry-on was not allowed to be carried on and it made me scramble at the last minute to grab items I wanted for in-flight use. The odd thing was that the flight was less than half full and there was lots of storage space. Plus a young male was allowed to board with a very large duffel bag (larger than my roller), an over-sized skate board, and a personal backpack and a pillow."

There is no way the failure was discovered after loading. Usually the seats are ok, this one was the sardine plane, very tight. Cons: "This was really a bare-bone flight. They did serve a drink and peanuts, but it was a lunch time flight so one would expect at least some food. Heathrow was busy so went into a holding pattern which added time and some passengers became worried about their connections. Upon landing they mixed up baggage pickup and we had to wait a long time running between two conveyor belts looking for it."
Pros: "The seats are very nice and have blankets. Also, I loved that there were current newspapers available to read--a very nice touch. The food was okay, but not wonderful."
