Cons: Upon check in Dublin there was only one attendant at the check in counter in business class. Had seat assigned when I booked the flight and check in counter gave different seats so was not sitting beside my husband.
Pros: Friendly and helpful crew. We were served drinks and food. I liked that the flight attendants requested everyone put their seats in the upright position anytime food was served so that the person sitting behind you had space to eat.
Cons: Seats were uncomfortable (in all fairness, most airplane seats are uncomfortable!).
Cons: Dublin airport No suitcase when we arrived No food. No inflight entertainment
Pros: Great equipment. Decent entertainment, sparsely filled cabin. Seat change to isle request before boarding readily made with no fuss. I noticed that passengers could actually make out pa announcements both at PDX and in flight. Doesn’t bother me anymore when I can’t but can be very concerning to anyone who rarely flies. Never understood going to the trouble of making announcements both pre-boarding & on-board pre-flight, that no one can even make out. That was not an issue here.
Cons: Better lumbar support is always appreciated, adjustable lumbar would be very nice and could make or break an entire flight. No seat on any flight should ever be even the slightest ill repaired. Again, this equipmemt all seemed great. Lastly, since I prefer to always have a water, coke or coffe and or snack in front of me during entire flight, a bit of self serve (grab a water, coffee or snack yourself without having to make staff work a simple task would be nice on every flight. The flight from SEA-DUB was basically great and equipment is always of the utmost importantance.
Cons: BA need to stop the silly practice of boarding according to status - it’s inefficent and leaves me with the impression that BA is obsessed with pseudo hierarchy.
Cons: Once again BA lost my luggage from my connecting flight. Twice in a week and a half.
Pros: The crew was very good, really polite and nice and helpful. Pilots or the plane's auto landing system did a good touch down in a hard windy condition at Ohare.
Cons: Cramped seating as usual in economy, but BA's is better than others in most cases. A few extra inches of leg and knee room would make all the difference in the world. Our worst experience is the over zealous highly inefficient very slow tedious carry on bag security system at Heathrow terminal 5.
Cons: there was a mechanical error which kept us on board the plane for 20 minute increments for nearly 3 hours until they had us switch planes
Cons: We cancelled this trip months ago, and I didn't book it through Kayak. I don't understand why I've been getting these communications!

Cons: Flight was good. Kayak service terriible. First time user and I’ll never use it again. Who wants to deal with a third third part. Information was not translated properly and resulted in my wife and I on separate flight.
Cons: I went to the restroom in the back, and one of the flight attendants was sitting in her jump seat, with head phone on and appeared to be sleeping or resting with eyes closed. Her sprawling legs were blocking the aisle, therefore I could not get to the restroom on the other aisle that was the only one open at that time This is unacceptable. Also PA is way too loud.

Pros: Both ground crew and flight crew were courteous and friendly.
Cons: The meal was between edible and mediocre. It would have been nice if the hot beverages were served with the mini breakfast before landing.
Pros: seats were uncomfortable and why dont the armrests go fully up? it made sleeping difficult
Pros: Don’t know how to just give a “n/a” response for food and entertainment. It wasn’t applicable because of such a short flight.
Cons: The gal who checked me in for my flight didn’t check my baggage all the way through even though I have a connecting flight with Aer Lingus to LA. However, fortunately, the baggage team caught the error and retagged my luggage properly. By the time I realized her error, they had already emailed me with the solution! Yay baggage team!! Thank you!
Pros: Food was ok
Cons: Who starts a boarding process 2h before the flight with only 2 counters, with no possibility to check in online (even for those without luggage) and no automatic machine? I'm very glad the company had the kindness to wait for us on the last call for boarding when you finally check your luggage 30min before departure. Should we talk about the politeness of your fight crew? In short, very disrespectful. Delivering the luggage took an extremely long time
