Pros: "cheap?"
Cons: "the fare and baggage rule become complicated."

Pros: "Airport lounge"
Cons: "The obvious boredom of cabin crew due probably to poor wages and long hours."

Cons: "We arrived one hour late and and everything on my arrival had to be delayed as well"

Pros: "V efficient airport. Got through quickly and no rushing due to size. V pleasant staff despite full plane. Nice flight path over by Ireland’s highest mountain range on the departure. Also nice sunset on right of plane. All on time"
Cons: "Maybe enough seats for everyone after security but obv right for space"

Pros: "Nothing to like because I felt harangued. They nickel & dime you every step. Cheap rates means immense headache. Your money is wasted."
Cons: "Poor customer service, they charge you every step of the way. Tremendous loss of time."

Cons: "The airline app did not enable us to download our boarding passes as non-EU citizens and the check-in desk refused to issue paper boarding passes. We had to wait to the last minute at the gate for the agent to write up a boarding pass by hand. Ridiculous."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "All the process was tedious. If you dont print your boarding pass before hand, be ready to pay about $25 a piece for them to "print" it. (not even printed, is handwritten). Between other things. Not enough characters left to tell everything. Overall, a terrible airline."

Pros: "Well to get in the plane we were waiting almost 1 hour, and now that am writting you waiting again 1 hour for the baggage . I will never again flight with this company never again"

Pros: "Managed to sleep most of the way so the journey went very quickly"

Pros: "Not much."
Cons: "Late departure. Staff herding us like cattle before take off. Smelly cabin."

Cons: "delayed by an hour which we only found out about when we went to the gate."

Pros: "If you like be herded around like cattle, and having no apology even when your flight is late, then you've come to the right place."
Cons: "Late flight. Family scattered around cabin in different seats. Completely unnecessary."

Cons: "Plane was dirty, boarding didn't have a good organisation, crew wasn't friendly."

Pros: "Staff approacable."
Cons: "There was no water in the toilet.Aircondition not working well.Have to travel by bus to get into the plane.Delayed flight."

Pros: "Nice crew, good care of passengers, flight on time, new and comfortable planes"

Pros: "Cheap and got to Madrid 15 mins early. You get what you pay for."
Cons: "Early Sunday fligh... took 30 mins to queue from motorway to Stansted terminal. If were checking in bag there was a big queue too (I didn't need to). The slowest part was airport security, allow extra 20 minutes at least to get through. Did priority boarding so we didn't queue to board and sat together and had room for our bags (some ended up at feet or in hold)"

Pros: "Whenever the flight ended"
Cons: "Absolutely everything. Worst airline I have ever flown on in my entire life. Would give 0 stars if that was a possible option. Had to pay $50 to check a bag and $50 because I didn't ha s my tickets printed out. Then my flight proceeded to be delayed for 8 hours and nobody made any effort to help us understand what was going on"

Cons: "I paid extra for priority boarding and, though I was one of the first 20 passengers on board, I was not allowed to put my bag in the overheard compartment. I was told to put both my purse (not a tiny one, mind you) and my carry on bag under the seat. And, because I had an isle seat, the space was smaller than average. So I had to fly cramped up. Because I'm not an EU citizen, I had to queue up as if to check in luggage to have a stamp placed on my boarding pass. Then another queue to board the plane because they don't bother to call by row or group number like most airlines. The boarding was chaotic. The seats are very uncomfortable. They don't even give you one small cup of water. You have to pay 3 euros for a bottle of water that would cost you 1 elsewhere. Finally, the landing was very hard and shook everyone about."

Pros: "I liked that my priority seat meant early and quick boarding. The crew was friendly and competent. The plane was clean. I had no checked luggage so traveling was not stressful. Overhead bins seemed roomy enough."
Cons: "Nothing is free - not even a coffee on the early morning flight. Might be that I've been spoiled with American airlines. Not crazy about having to check in and purchase seat online. It seems the seat selection - from basic economy - should be included in the ticket price. Again, maybe spoiled by American airline companies."

Pros: "I sat in the front row and had plenty of leg room. A crew member kindly switched my middle seat for his window seat for which I was very grateful."
Cons: "Ryanair did not offer any food or beverage for "free" (i.e., included in the price of our ticket). It was a huge hassle to get our boarding passes printed. We needed to do this in order to be spared a €50/person penalty which I think is outrageous. Boarding was a little intense."

Pros: "Absolutely nothing"
Cons: "Every moment of us flying with Ryanair was a disaster as well as the part of us missing the flight even though we were at the airport. When you get to the airport you can't even change anything , all they let you do is check your bag in for a pre determined kg purchase. Who has a scale with them when right before they fly ? How are we supposed to know how many kilos our bags are after one or two weeks on a euro trip? If you want to pay at the airport , you have to pay ten euro or more per kilo and only up to 20 kilo (which is less than the standard 50 pounds ). This is in addition to your "low fare" ticket and FORTY EURO luggage price. Also, you can't even purchase at the place of leaving your bags, you have to walk to the office in the airport and pay. Also, they close the gates extremely early and don't tell you that you have thirty seconds to make your flight or you miss it altogether. The worst part is that you MUST check in online previously to coming to the airport and print out a boarding pass , all things that are impossible to do when you're traveling constantly and have no access to Internet or printer. If you didn't come prepared to the airport they can't even print it for you. It's awful. They are the devil. The workers are awful. They don't care about you and don't help you at all."

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Last time we flew Ryanair, we did not check-in ahead of time, so we had to pay 53 Euros at the airport. We learned our lesson, so for this flight we checked in ahead of time and had our boarding passes ready on our mobile devices. When we arrived at the airport, we were told we needed a printed ticked so they could stamp it that they had checked our passport. It would be 53 Euros for them to print the ticket. The lady at the ticket counter directed us to the business center to print, but the Ryanair website wasn't working. I eventually printed a poor quality screenshot and hoped for the best. The lady stamped when she checked my passport. Nobody ever checked the stamped ticket beyond that point. What a waste. Ryanair is cheap, of course I'll fly with them again the next time I'm in Europe. My advice to travelers is to do your research and know all the loop holes they use to make money off of you."

Pros: "Easy check in, even with a checked bag. Use the app for boarding pass. Paid the extra for priority boarding and checked bag and got our own bus to the plane. Otherwise it's no frills. No food to give any stars to. Bring your own entertainment and it's your fault if you don't like it."
Cons: "It is tough if you bring carry ons. Most people do to avoid the extra charges. But priority boarding solves the problem."

Pros: "It takes time to understand their rules, policies. If you are familiar with Ryanair, you will be fine every time but if it's your first time, read, read, read. It s not a bad airline. People are nice."

Pros: "Nothing at all"
Cons: "Flight was delayed for more than 4 hours"

Pros: "It was cheap, quick and easy"
Cons: "The rules around baggage, priority boarding and purchasing seats is not very clear"

Pros: "It was a quick flight."
Cons: "When I bought the ticket, i was not clearly informed that we HAD to check in online before arriving to the airport. This was a huge issue. I held off checking in because I wasn't sure if my bag would fit in the overhead bins as I didn't have a tape measure. So I figured, like with every other airline, my wife and I would check in at the desk and pay for the extra checked bag if necessary. Well we ended up having to pay €50 EACH to the airport administrator to get a boarding pass. I went through all the documents I received from the airline, and nothing states that we had to check-in before we arrived. They said they sent me a text message to my hotel, which was the contact number I had put when we bought the ticket. That didn't do anything to help. We will be fighting this with the airlines, discussing our bad experience, and never flying with them again."

Cons: "They say that one carry on free but they should allow standard size which other airlines allows. So we have to buy new carry on for ryan air!! then don't call it free. It is really hassle travelling in Ryan air for inside flights when you have already came from US to Europe. you need to keep your luggage in storage or pay heft money at Ryan air... They don't even give free water! I agree The money you save on a Ryanair flight is not worth the absolute hassle they put you through, especially considering that you're liable to pay the difference in fees anyway."

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "We purchased a luggage allowance of 15 kilos. As it turned out the exact same bag with the exact same contents fell within this limit coming from Madrid to Arrecife but not from Arrecife to Madrid. The person that checked our bag had absolutely no flexibility. We had to pay a fee for the 1 kilo overage. Later we purchased coffee before getting on the flight only to be informed we could not have hot beverages while boarding, something that has NEVER happened to me. The money you save on a Ryanair flight is not worth the absolute hassle they put you through, especially considering that you're liable to pay the difference in fees anyway."

Cons: "Awful Service"

Pros: "Seats don't"

Pros: "Great app"
Cons: "Boarding was manic and Kerry airport facilities poor."

Pros: "Amazing price! 50.00 USD round trip from Madrid to Mallorca"
Cons: "boarding policy...... Small cramped seats"

Cons: "Buyer beware: you need to check-in online 2 hours before your flight otherwise (if you try to check-in at the airport, that way all other airlines work) you get slapped with a 45€ fee."

Cons: "Ryanair required a 45 euro penalty fee claiming I had not checked in adequately. I had attempted to on my phone after receiving an email on vacation but the online app did not take me through everything needed. It was not clear when I booked via Kayak that additional information was required prior to boarding the plane. My husband is taking another flight within Spain with Iberia and I called them upon my return to avoid a similar charge. They claimed they do not charge that type of penalty and everything can be handled at the airport. I was told by Rayanair that I had to take care of it at least two hours before flight time and I had to pay the penalty.."

Pros: "Not a single thing!"
Cons: "Horrible customer service. Dirty environment"

Pros: "As expected for a low fare airline!"
Cons: "Not from Ryanair, but Copenaghen Airport is a disaster! More than 1.5hrs to pass the security checkpoints and once you get there you realize that only 50% of the checkpoints were opened in peak season."

Pros: "I arrived at my destination albeit somewhat late."
Cons: "Firstly, during check in Ryanair said that I had to have a printed out version of my boarding pass and therefore they would have to charge me 15 Euro to print it out. Isn't this a budget airline? How do people on tight budgets afford this sort of last moment expense? Secondly, there was nothing service-minded about one of the cabin-crew who barked at me for not immediately showing her my boarding pass while boarding the plane (pure impertinence). Thirdly, the seats don't recline so the knees of tall people are hard against the front seats which puts them in an uncomfortable rigid upright position during the flight. Lastly, the flight was late."

Pros: "As long as you are aware of a few things, flying on Ryan Air was great. You must check in a certain number of hours before your flight to aviod an additional check-in fee. I checked-in from the hotel computer the day before my flight. You should pre-pay for checked baggage and seat selection with priority boarding when you book the flight if you want those 2 items when flying on Ryan Air. If you dont want to pay for a checked bag, ensure you check the airline website to make sure your carry on bag meets the size requirements for carry on baggage. My flight was on time, they offered a selection of food and drinks for purchase during the flight. The staff was friendly. Everything was great."

Pros: "It was a very cheap flight."
Cons: "It was slow to board, not great service and checking a bag was very expensive."

Pros: "The plane arrived before"

Pros: "long lines, unorganized, uncourteous, no help for a disabled passenger to check-in or board."
Cons: "First problem started when the Rynair website would not recognize my information when I tried to check-in online. I assumed that this may have been completed during the recent purchase because there website said my flight was confirmed. Arriving to the airport later than I would have liked but within more then the 40 minutes required to check-in when I arrived I was put on the incorrect line, after explaining that I wasn't able to check-in online, then when told finally I needed to go customer service. I should have been on the line to check-in instead, and after standing on long lines as a disabled passenger was told that it was to late to board. Your customer service agent didn't apologize for his staffs incompetence putting me on the incorrect lines to check-in and then did not offer to put me on the same flight schedule for the following day unless I payed an additional $100. I would have made my flight in more than enough time especially in such a small airport if the staff put me on the correct line to check-in. I was flying to Madrid on business and missed and had a small window of opportunity to meet a client who because of the delay would no longer be available because they were also soon traveling on business. This snow balled into a variety of problems; I had to pay for the apartment in Madrid I had pre-booked, and train tickets that where purchased would no longer be used, I had to go back to Paris and find another hotel to stay in."
