Food was garbage. Entertainment choices are very limited.
The food is terrible.
We didn’t get our luggage!
Food was mediocre. In flight entertainment lacked live TV. Crew was fantastic. Plane very comfortable if a bit worn.

Cons: "Compared to my SF to Munich flight, the return trip was a nightmare. The flight attendants were nowhere to be found. Cold face towels, ran out of food and drink. Flight attendants allowing a school field trip to take over the flight. My seat was kicked for 7 hours straight, they did nothing."

Cons: "Not having a chair leg in the middle of the leg area. being able to sit next to my partner instead of having us split up. If we bought two tickets at the same time we should have been able to sit together. Lastly the huge delay that caused us to miss are final flight."

Cons: "On this trip back to Dublin, our flight from Munich to Dublin was delayed for over two hours. It would be nice for Lufthansa to at least offer the passengers something to eat or drink while on board waiting for such a long time."

Cons: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."
Pros: "The crew again was great. The cheese sandwich was also excellent. I wasn't expecting a sandwich on a 2 hour flight and this was a welcome surprise."
Cons: "Boarding took a long time, but that was a product of having to bus everyone out to the plane for boarding. They also crammed way too many people onto the bus. Would have been more efficient to load quickly and go as another bus was already waiting."

Pros: "Staff and flight were great. We were surrounded by kind of rude flyers. They complained when my husband moved the seat back. And they were just standing in the aisle most of the time. Person in front of me stretched her arms over the seat so her hands were dangling in front of me and fingers in my screen. I know we were in coach, but maybe another inch of separation would be nice for such long flights."

Cons: "Because of mechanical errors in our point of origin (NJ, USA) we were unable arrive on time in Germany to make this connecting flight. Very very disappointed in United Airlines. Will never travel with them again."

Cons: "We were significantly delayed on take-off, landing, and taxi to our gate, and the staff was very rude about the whole ordeal. One flight attended shouted at us over the intercom several times. I won't be flying Lufthansa again. The food was inedible and the seats were horrible."
Cons: "The airline went on strike the day I was supposed to fly, so at 4:30 in the morning I arrived to the airport and learned that my flight got cancelled. The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"
