The flight was delayed multiple times. I was autobooted and placed in the center seat in the last row of the plane.

Flight was on time and there was an empty seat next to me. That makes for a good flight!

Broke my luggage and I can't get a resolution yet.

The app doesn't update with a gate number even when you are on the plane. The in flight food is only snacks. The charging ports on the seats are old, only for USB A when most devices today use USB C. This should be made known to customers.

There were no TV screens - even in Business class. 5 delays, and only given $12 meal voucher! Terrible!

The professionals have excellent customer service, the seats don´t have enough space.

The flight was very smooth and the meal in business class was great.

I take this flight about 6-8 times per year. It is convenient and saves an hour or two by skipping PDX, SEA, PHX, or ORD (but it takes longer to get bags to the carousel than Alaska Airlines). I wish the food service were better (but they might cut back on it because it is a red-eye). The WifI seems to go down about an hour out of Anchorage, and then comes back about an hour later...so be warned if this is an issue for you.

For whatever reason, the flight was not catered -we were told it would be a 45 minute delay waiting for catering - so no food. There were opened candy and peanuts in the seatback pocket. Flight landed early in DFW but due to the assigned gate not being available, we sat on the ground for 30 minutes waiting for the gate to open - making the flight actually arrive at the gate late.
